Not bad at all for a franchise and I have pretty high standards when it comes to pizza

I went on a field trip the other day to mount Gilead and a lot of kids in our group went in there and ordered. They handled it very well! Food tasted good and it was only one person for a good while. Felt bad but he handled all our orders very well another worker came in and handled our group very well! Orders were put in fast food was done fast and still tasted good! Thank you guys for getting us all handled properly and didn’t get upset or show that you felt rushed! I would definitely come back!

Excellent customer service by the manager Robert and Jordan I think his name was. Food was hot and full of flavor. Overall great experience and I will be back. PS best garlic knots ever

Ordered online for delivery. In about 5 seconds after ordering got a call from the store. Cynthia was all by herself. She had no driver's so I picked it up. No big deal, I was just feeling lazy on a Sunday. She made an amazing pizza. Felt bad she was all alone. I appreciated her hard work.

This is the best dominoes! I order about once a week and they get my food to me so fast! It’s always hot and extra cheesy! The delivery drivers are so kind too. Mount Gilead is theeeee best!!

Best pizza place around mount Gilead. With the good prices and delicious pizza, wings, pastas and more Domino's is my favorite. I always get one of their bread bowl pasta and they are amazing every time. Even though Domino's, like a lot of places are short staffed all the staff works hard to get the food out the door as hot and fast as possible. Thank you Domino's employees.

This store knows GREAT Customer Service!
It's not always about getting it right, but how you fix it when you get it wrong. I have too say, Leslie and her staff know how to take care of their customers! Not only did she correct an issue with my order and refund the correct order, but she sent some brownies with the new order. I certainly will be ordering again and recommend you do too!

I have lived in Mt Gilead for over 14 years and I ordered a few times years ago and never came back because of the poor quality of food and filthy workers. Recently someone told me it had new management and was cleaned up and had good pizzas with great coupons, so I tried again and it was amazing! Store Manager is good, clean, professional and from the county. Very impressed!

Order from this location often. The five stars are based on it being a Domino's, so if you don't like Domino's, you probably already know that. I happen to like it, although sometimes I prefer more expensive local places.

Food is always hot and good and ready when they say it will be. Never had a mistake in our order. Use their app or online ordering as it's always cheaper than just calling up and ordering. Great location

Never had any issues, they're always fast and make orders correctly, drivers are nice and the store has gone out of their way in the past to get things that were out of stock or make up for it :)

Ordered online delivery multiple times within the past 2 months every order has been correct and on time definitely a improvement from prior months Cynthia is incredible

I've been a patron of this Domino's for many years, and I've never had a single complaint about them! They have always been very professional, kind, and helpful when I have questions. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants delicious pizza and awesome customer service!
