Great place to stay. Room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Lots of nearby restaurants. Would stay there again when passing through.

I was worried about stating here after reading some of the recent reviews, but I have had a wonderful stay here. The hotel smells fresh and pleasant and everything is clean. The TV has built in streaming apps that are easy to login to with your personal accounts, as well as wipe your accounts from when you get ready to leave. The beds are clean and comfortable. There's lots of space to unpack your clothes. The fridge and microwave are nice. The breakfast includes all the standards - Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, oatmeal, juice, toast, cereal, etc. The gym and pool were open and looked great, I was just too busy to use them. Lastly, the staff was incredibly bubbly and friendly.

There were some lightly dusty places in the room when I checked in, but I had wet wipes and usually wipe everything down when I check into a hotel. (It was only dust, nothing nasty) The only other thing that was odd is the shower curtain just barely touches the tub lip, so the bathroom floor got really wet when I showered. I found extra towels in the room closet and was able to mop it up. The bathtub bottom is very slippery, as well, so keep that in mind when you first step in.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Its quality far exceeds its price point.

The staff was extremely professional and beyond helpful. Nick at the front desk was terrific, very polite professional and very helpful. The entire front desk was great. Unfortunately the breakfast could be better. I will certainly will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Columbus

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was so comfortable. Shower was huge and had the best shower head!

Very quiet.Clean,modern,Soft,fluffy bed linens.The shower water pressure was good and the free breakfast was great! Plenty of outlets/ USB.Check in and out easy. My husband really liked the work desk.Staff was nice and polite.

In town on business and needed a hotel for the night. This was one of the ones the company had a corporate rate with so I gave them a try. The hotel seems pretty new. My room was immaculate and seemed like it belonged in a higher star rated hotel. I really liked the modern decor throughout. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great too. Nice selection for breakfast. All of the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Will definitely try to be more intentional on booking Fairfield inns for future travel based on this experience.

Great staff! They made the stay wonderful

I stayed over for one night. Unfortunately, I left the headlights on in my car overnight as well. I stood in the parking lot for half hour and must've asked 20 people if they had jumper cables, but noone had any or were too busy to help. I went back into the hotel and mentioned what happened to the.front desk associate, who's name was Grace. She immediately said, "I'll meet you out there, I have some". Unfortunately, her cables were old and faulty, didn't work. But, Grace didn't stop there, she went and got her mother-in-law, Maria. And, Maria came out with brand new cables and started my car right up. I was so grateful, not just because they helped me, but because they helped restored my faith in people. Good people do exist. And, they work at Fairfield Inn. Thank you do much Grace and Maria!

Everything was good, it was clean and no bugs and everything we needed was in the room. We were pleased with our stay.

We had an amazing experience here. We stayed on Christmas Eve while we were on our way to another city. We did not plan to stay here but had to get off the road due to the horrible road conditions. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. They had a decent gym, snack bar, and great TV technology in the room. The lady working at the front desk was so nice and made our stay really special.

Love it! Super clean, comfortable, and staff are so nice. The breakfast has so many options for hot and cold. Would come back again. I wish all places were like this one.

Absolutely awesome 4 day stay here! I cannot say enough about how great the staff was...with the exception of Kara, our stay was PERFECT. I say this because she has a bit of an attitude and doesn't belong at the front desk in my opinion. Lizzie at the front desk however was a gem and so incredibly helpful. Manager Kevin was kind and the super sweet lady who does breakfast made us feel so welcome. All in all, a great stay. I would recommend this place above any other I've stayed in.

Mylisha was absolutely fantastic at the front desk and a light in our day! When we arrived after a very long day and she was extremely positive, polite, and accommodating! 😊 the hotel is clean, well kept, and a lovely place to stay. We pass through Columbus all the time and will be definitely stopping here again! Thank you for an memorable stay!

Phenomenal Hotel! Pricing was very fair, incredibly clean and modern. Lobby and dining area is very open and inviting. Beds and rooms, couldn't have asked for anything different. This is why I keep coming back.

Very clean. Helpful service everywhere. At breakfast was a little bad. The older lady tried to keep up. The younger lady was to busy to do her job. She was at side door on cell talking while everything was getting empty and tables needed to be cleaned. I prays the older lady for doing and excellent job. I know it was hard to keep up with all the ball players staying there. We did not have anything to do with the ball players. Just came to town to enjoy a weekend away. Thank you. Fairfield.💕

I had been staying at this hotel for over a month. Mylisha was extremely friendly and helpful. The other front desk staff were also very welcoming. The Hotel was very clean during my stay and my room was cleaned regularly. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying at this hotel again, as it definitely feels like my home away from home.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and a nice hot breakfast each day. The small pool was fun and the fitness center well stocked. Pretty convenient location off I70 on the south side of Columbus made for an excellent launching point for area attractions.

Hotel staff was very courteous & helpful.Rooms were clean but, in the bathroom,there were bottles for bodywash,shampoo & conditioner & they were all 3 completely empty.They had free breakfast that wasn't too bad.
I would stay here again.
