Shoe Dept.

I recently had a true heel emergency for my emotional wreck of a teen (homecoming) 😫.. Miranda was there with her outstanding support. She showed us so much more help and suggestions than anyone I've been to in years! I can't speak for the entire Shoe Dept. staff, but if anyone is even half as wonderful as Miranda was, you're truly in good hands.. not to mention walking out in great shoes! 😉

I love the the Shoe Dept. They have a good selection of cute, stylish shoes at reasonable prices. I recently bought a cute pair of Daisy Fuente slides. I've bought running shoes from here in the past as well as shoes for my toddler grandson. The store is always stocked when I've been there and the employees very friendly and helpful.

While in town visiting my mom I decided to go do some shopping. I love the selection at shoe department and the staff was super helpful in finding what my son wanted while I shopped around. The manager is so friendly she recognized my son's disability and helped him find his boots. I'll definitely be sending my friends here

Loved the experience there. I had great help and knowledge about the product. Before the old management was never there and store seems always closed. Now the new staff and everybody is willing to help and make you feel welcome. Thanks to all. I will be returning.

I visited the shoe dept. Grove city ohio store on 2/3/23 to my surprise the sales person april that helped me find the right shoe correct size for me was just very helpful courteous and solved all my worry’s with shoe shopping, thank you april at shoe dept grove city ohio you were just awesome,you have gained a new life time customer because of the way you took care of me & my family.

Great customer service, excellent staff. But it’s so hot in there as if the place had no AC. I feel so bad for the employees.

Walked in, saw exactly what we wanted. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

This is the only place i go for my families shoes. My son wears a size15 and is always able to find everything he needs here for a great price. They have the biggest selection for his size than any where else i have tried. My daughter loves the different styles and i buy the exact same shoes every time. They always have what i want and service has never been less than exceptional. I wish people could give a real review instead of just attacking a company. Some of the people that shop their act like employees are their servants. Please try the store first and make your own opinion. Otherwise you may miss out on a great deal. Thanks. My mame is jane and im just a mom keeping my kids happy by buying what they need and want from places that keep me happy. Im a stay at home mom with nothing to gain from my review. I know how hard it is to get good service along with a great deal. Having a budget to work from.

please call and verify if they are open or not BEFORE you come in! It is very strange times right now and there is no sense in being rude to staff! The sign on their door says monday-saturday 11am to 7pm. Sunday 12-6. GOOGLE has their hours labled incorrectly. That being said.... the store itself has plenty to choose from and really good sales/prices, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you need help, dont be afraid to ask.

Really nice and helpful staff, they didn't have a big selection but with that being said school did just start back up, I did find my boyfriend and myself a pair of shoes each and only spent 135.00 for them.

I absolutely love the Shoe Dept. This is one of very few stores that carry my size, 15. I always stop to see what they have in my size and anytime I make a purchase, I always get a bargain. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I went after a pair of hey dudes wendy shoes for women and Sure enough show depot had then when most places were sold out! Then you Shoe Depot for helping w my Christmas list!

Stopped in to see what they offer and I was not disappointed! Great name brands that were $20-$40 less than Famous Footwear or DSW. My family will be back!
