g was good. Great place to stay,no need to go out looking for a restaurant as there is a good breakfast and good for at the 5pm kickoff. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Our family loves staying at Drury. A great place for kids. Indoor-outdoor swimming pool. Free 3 alcohol drinks for the adults. The kickback is very cool to just sit and mingle. Id recommend this place a thousand times to stay at.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay (evening of 7/20/24) and plan to return. We barely found a parking space in the hotel lot around 1 a.m. Sunday morning, but that's about our only complaint. Hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. There are two elevators that face each other, so don't worry when you see only one in photos.

This has been our home while working downtown, the breakfast and kickback is great perks. Now as others have said this pool is one of those indoor outdoor pools. There is warm water flowing into it but the weather outside determines how inside feels. Our room which is the 2 room king is nice and clean. The staff is AMAZING and go above and beyond. Also this is a pet friendly hotel and they definitely encourage you to bring your fur babies. As some others have also mentioned alcohol is served during kickback and you are allowed to walk here and there with it. We haven't ran into any drama with that as others have. All around highly recommend this hotel.

Love staying at Drury Inns - the accommodations, kick-back, and breakfasts are great. We'd like to commend the assistant manager, JACK SAPIA. He is an extremely hard worker ! He checked us in, then we saw him cleaning tables, and helping during the kick-back meal. He was very professional and pleasant and certainly went above and beyond to take care of guests.

We stayed for two nights. We were there for a nearby wedding. The place was full of families there for baseball games. The staff assured us that they would take care of any issues. We had none. The dinners were great, as well as the breakfasts. Completely enjoyable!

Highly recommend this hotel! The service was very pleasant and check in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. We got a king with jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful. We didn't know what to expect ahead of time, but the dinner reception with drinks was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was good also with a wide variety of choices.

Best service in the biz. Authentic, real hospitality, not only the bfast and Kickback, but at check-in, stay extensions (why wouldn’t you?), and checkout. When we added another night, they needed to replace the keys, so Julie taped the new cards for us with a marker so we would not mistakenly use the old invalid ones. How many times have we all been locked out and frustrated. Drury and kind folks like Julie go out of their way to make hospitality real. Thank you!!!

PS: Food preparers also go out of their way to make sure your experience is perfect. Even with 15 minutes till 7pm, they restock the buffet, so everything that was available at the start is available for those who may only arrive late. And. no one watches the clock.

With a door that closed to the bedroom tvs in both rooms. Only one remote only down side but not enough for me to down grade. I will be back 200 well worth it. They also had dinner and breakfast included

I first want to commend the employees at this location. Tosha checked us in. She was terrific. The lady after Tosha was just as terrific. She helped me with the missing TV remote in the exercise room. The hot tub. pool, and exercise room were all great. So was the dinner, drinks, and breakfast. The room was also excellent. We were very pleased with everything at this hotel.

This place is the perfect spot to rest after a long busy day. My mom and I wanted a spot to stay for a few nights so we can run around and do a few things and Drury Inn was the best place to stay those few nights. Had a problem with my room, went down to the front desk and they helped immediately. The staff is wonderful, super sweet, and helpful. Food was good. The location is even perfect, Stores are just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this place.

Elaine was amazing her customer service was superior!! She went above and beyond for my family and explained everything about our stay she was very helpful with any questions we had. She was very friendly!!

Very nice hotel. Employees were nice to talk to. Food was delicious and love those complimentary cocktails.

There are a lot of great things about this hotel, but the staff is actually the best feature. Everyone there seems genuinely glad to work there... and glad that we were there. They went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.
The rooms were super clean, as was the whole hotel. The pool is indoor/outdoor and our kids LOVED swimming outside in the winter. The breakfast is tasty and hot, and the evening happy hour and dinner is a really special touch. And we'll go back to that location for all of those reasons. But mostly, we'll be back because of the staff.

What's not to like? Staff friendly & helpful, premises very clean, comfortable beds & bedding, & great water pressure in shower. Breakfast & 5:30 kickback buffet provided many options for the pickiest of eaters (my husband) 😉Many restaurants in immediate vicinity as as Walmart & Target. Overall a great place to stay. Am looking forward to next time!

Truely did love it. Good mix of adult and family atmosphere. In hotel bar, restaurant, pool. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. This will be our go to hotel every year we travel to and from Florida. All Staff were friendly and made us feel as they truly appreciated our business. Breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was awesome. We have stayed in many hotels and no other hotel offers a light supper and 3 free drinks. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and hotel was quiet. Thanks for a good night stay.

When we first arrived for check in, everything was clean and both of the guys at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and fast! Our room was clean and spacious! House keeping did a great job! The pool area was fully stocked with towels the whole visit. The kickback staff was polite, kept plenty of food available and was cleaning up the dining room the whole time. The bartender was kind and personable. The manager on duty was so funny and made everyone feel at home! He was always making sure each person had what they needed! He helped everywhere he could to keep the guest happy and safe. The night auditor helped us immediately when we lost our keys! My whole family had a great experience and will definitely be back! The customer service was top-tier!
