Front desk staff, friendly. No hassle at check in.
Room was clean, furniture appears clean. They maintain this place well. No signs of bugs, everything checks out imo. Dozens of food options, commerce heavy area.
If you need a place to put your head, this is a good option.

Dog fee was lower than most hotels in the area! Convenient location near the highway. Rooms were very clean and carpet/furniture felt new. Breakfast hit the spot. Sustainable practices with shampoo was a + for us. Friendly and attentive front desk.

Clean rooms and clean bathrooms, good location for people on the road as it is closed to the highway. We had a good night sleep although there was an even on the city and there was some noise on the street. In the morning there was a very strong smell but we figured it was coming from the outside. We didn’t eat the breakfast but coffee was ok.

I stay at many BW...the staff is great...the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great rates. Met the owner on our way checking out, and he was very appreciative that we stayed there. Easy to find, clean, and very reasonable!

Our stay was great, they have big rig parking in the back and even let us check in early. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. I wish I had known there were extra pillows in the drawer though. I didn't find it until just before checkout. The coffee was decent and so was the complimentary breakfast. They even had Apple juice instead of just orange juice like most places. We will definitely come back.

There’s a reason why we’ve been returning to this place year after year while on work trips from Florida. It’s consistently comfortable, accommodating, and affordable. We return so much that staff is basically like family now. Just as kind and helpful as they were in the beginning. Beds are comfy, rooms are always clean, and breakfast is always something to look forward to. Will continue coming back.

Don't let the motel style scare you away. This is a nice little hotel that's good on price. I've stayed here a lot for work and it's in such a great location. There are tons of food and stores within walking distance. Great stay that isn't going to hurt the wallet. Also great service from the front desk!

This hotel was very clean and had a great staff. They went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable and educated on the local area. My room was cleaned everyday. It was all at a low affordable price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s passing through or vacationing in the area.

We arrived late at night. Check in was courteous and quick. The room was clean, with a medium-sized fridge, small microwave, and small coffee maker. The king-size bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. In the morning we enjoyed a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffles and milk.

This was a nice place. Polite service. Clean room. Great air conditioning like to have froze me out within the first hour after turning it on. The first time in forever since I have been in a motel where the hot water was actually HOT! Overall my experience here was great!

Hotel is clean. Located near many restauramts and shopping areas. Room was quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows. In the shower there were soap amd shampoo dispensers to do away with the waste of those little plastic bottles.
Breakfast was good with a balance of hot and cold.
Front desk staff were helpful with answering questions on restaurant suggestions.

Clean rooms, strong water pressure. Our room was huge - plenty of area to move around in. Mattress was on a metal frame which made noise when you moved in bed, like metal flexing. Other than that, great stay.

This was our first visit to this hotel. Our first and second choice had no rooms available. What a pleasant surprise. Less money and rooms were very clean. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Actually remembered my call and question from day before. Every employee that we encountered had a hello and smile. We will stay here again.

I had to come here because my truck bunk heater wasn't work. This hotel cable is great!!! The cleaning of the room was excellent!!! The staff was very polite!!!

Thats the best " Best Western" hotel/motel o ever stayed . Rooms are clean , very convenient locatio, close to OSU and Columbus downtown. Very quiet , they have little swimming pool and a semi truck parking. I do recommend this place to everyone!

Very pleasant stay. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the AC is cold. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and there is truck parking available.

front desk attendent was very pleasant and welcoming. although partly under construction it was surprisingly quiet. continental breakfast left a lot to be desired but on par with typical "continental" breakfasts offered by many hotels. it did the job for a free meal.

Always a pleasant stay. Rooms are super clean, ownership goes the extra mile to make their business top notch. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay here whenever I am in the area.
