Salesman was very nice & helpful. Wide variety of choices. Good sale prices. Found a pair of cob hill boots originally $180 marked down to $125 & extra 20% off! They ended up cheaper than on Amazon.

I mail ordered a pair of shoes from this company as the particular brand was being discontinued. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve had in years! Nice people, followed thru on all accounts. Received those shoes in two day!

Javon helped me out today with picking a new pair of sneakers for work/general use. He walked me through several good options on the floor and then checked on how I was doing. I explained to him how some of the shoes were fitting and he went and found other options that all improved the problems I described. He was very attentive to what I was describing and very patient as I paced repeatedly trying to decide between a final two pairs. Had a great relaxed conversation with him throughout. Great great experience with Javon. I will definitely be buying in the future from this local store!

Amazing selection, great prices, impeccable staff. My credit card information was stolen recently, so I called the store and spoke with the manager (I think she said her name was Allie) to report a fraudulent transaction. She mentioned the transaction seemed sketchy, apologized for the inconvenience, and reversed the charges within minutes of hanging up with me. Next time I'm in Kettering, I'm buying shoes here. You should do the same!

I was unsure of what kind of shoe that I needed for work ( after spending tons of money on the wrong shoes). As soon as I walked through the door, Cory greeted me with respect, never left my side also made me feel very comfortable talking to him about the problems/pain I was having with my foot. What really impressed me was his age and how knowledgeable Cory was. After getting home i was thinking Cory has to be in school to become a doctor, he just had all the answers. Thank you Cory

Amazing! Their in store shoe selection is incredible! Pikolinos, vionic, Ugg, Cobb hill, taos, and so many more, the cutest stride rite shoes that I have not found anywhere, and it seems like they have every athletic brand available. The staff is great also! I live in the Cincinnati area and will be bypassing all the malls from here to Dayton to shop for all of my shoes at Roderer! Oh yeah! They also have a huge clearance room!

We went in today to find athletic shoes for my husband. The challenge is that after spinal fusion, he can't put shoes on by himself and cannot tie the laces. I had already looked at some Hokas because they had stretchy laces. Fortunately, Natalie and Gabby were helping us and pointed out 1) the Hokas I'd seen didn't have enough support for athletic walking; and 2) the stretchy laces could be put on ANY tie shoes. So he got the Brooks shoes that he really wanted, fitted with stretchy laces! We are very appreciative of Natalie's and Gabby's knowledge, professionalism, thoughtfulness and patience! That is why it's smarter to frequent a local store with such great staff!

Don’t buy anything yet but highly impressed with their shoe selection. Brooks, Hokaa, new balance, cloud and olukai. Runnings, dress, and hiking. Will go back to buy shoes. Great prices as well!

Alli is the absolute best! She helps me get a new work shoe or any shoe each time I go in!! She brings out different style shoes I’m interested in and let’s me try on each, then explains how they would be or wouldn’t be beneficial for my feet with the way I walk. I usually get hoka but I’ve had new balance as well and liked both! I keep coming back to this store specifically because Alli is there to help and is so knowledgeable & sweet!!

Very helpful staff. Staff are equipped with so much knowledge. It is very convenient to be assisted here at Roderer since they know what they're doing and help you with finding the shoe that fits what you are looking for. They also have promotions and they have military discount. If they do not have your shoe size, you can have them order it, and they will give you a call when it arrives and reserve it for about a week for you. It's definitely a good shopping experience.

I was probably a difficult customer, looking back at it now. I had to try on a huge variety of shoes and insoles, and even came back multiple days in a row in my search to find something. The people here were fantastic with me the whole time, even if i was a difficult customer. I appreciate it because I have a very hard time finding shoes, and the employees here made as easy as they could. I feel like I spent a lot of time in there and they were always helpful and polite when I needed their help.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday morning with the associate Chris! I came in searching for a tennis shoe that would help alleviate some issues I have been experiencing with my feet. He took the time to listen and picked me out a few shoes & an insert to try to match my needs - very knowledgeable! I will be recommending Roderer's to anyone looking for a comfortable shoe.

This is MY go to shoe store. I have hard to fit feet and I always buy my New Balance shoes here. Today I needed to get hiking boots. I tried REI with no success. But as always, Roderer shoes came through for me and was able to fit me and order exactly what I needed. The salesperson, Brooklyn, worked tirelessly with me to find the perfect boot. Why would I even try anyplace else.
