We came in 20 minutes before closing to see if we were able to get approved, had no expectations since my boyfriend & I were first time buyers. Nicholas was the most patient person ever! Didn’t push anything on us like dealerships does, was very understanding, not to mention our co-signer forgot his ID & they waited almost 2 hours after closing for us to receive a photo of his ID so we could leave with a car, we ended up getting a 2020 Chevy Equinox & we love it! Skylar was very helpful with our finances & worked around our payments! 10/10

I cannot express how happy I am with my vehicle but also with the excellent customer service at Dutch Miller! Right away Justin Spurlock was very friendly. I really appreciated his calm personality. He was not pushy and annoying. I truly dreaded car shopping because I've had such bad experiences with salesmen in the very distant past at other dealerships.
Ol red needed replaced... I had a very outdated vehicle that still ran...but it truly was like living in the early 90s and just praying that I made it! Justin got me into a Cadillac which absolutely blew my mind! Imagine going from the 90s to a luxury vehicle!! Of course I fell in love with the Cadillac after what I had been driving for 11 years.
Dutch Miller was very reasonable on pricing. I got home after they closed on a Saturday and realized a couple things needed fixed. I dreaded to call because once again I had bad past experience. The guys at Dutch Miller blew me away with how nice they are! Josh got me right into service and ordered a new screen for the touch screen without hesitation. They were all so very respectful. I could not have asked for a better experience. No doubt that I'll be encouraging my friends, family, and clients to check them out! Thank you all so much!!
