Had an amazing experience with this Version Store. Employee, Amy Coffee is amazing and able to help me as well as my family begin new plans and get set up with new Iphones. She was very truthful, patient and was able to answer all questions. Even with my family's complex situation she was able to make it easy and simple to get us the best deal. Overall would recommend this store and working with Amy.

I would highly recommend this store. The representative was very kind, respectful and helpful. We got exactly what we wanted and in a timely manner. The environment was great. The representative was very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be repeat customers. My husband dropped his phone and broke it the other day at work. We came to the store to work with Jeard, luckily he was there and was able to get us a new phone. The service here is excellent, not pushy or demanding. He gave us options and let us decide what was best for us. Thank you

Came in to Verizon after being in the hospital and Chris assisted me I need to take off a like and get a bill of mine caught up and he called into customer care for me as well as getting me a new Internet box which is over 100 dollars less on the month than what I was paying for my old internet he was very kind and dropped my bills which for that I am grateful. Very pleased with the service

I came into the store because my phone was acting up and Brian was very helpful and helped me get a new phone that I absolutely love! I got a great deal as well as great promotions. This is a great Christmas gift to myself. I definitely recommend Brian! He's awesome!

The representative was super helpful n very sweet he told me abt the my plan perks.I got the Netflix, HBO and the Disney bundle. I also got a great deal on a tablet for my son who's tablet had broken. It was perfect timing and worked out great! This man needs a pay raise, awesome experience!

I had an insurance replacement that I had issues with and Chris helped out getting my new replacement set up activated and transferred. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about his profession. I was greeted and treated very fairly and thoroughly upon walking through the door. Definitely will be returning to this store and coming back because of the stellar service that was provided to us.

Went out of town and my phone started to act up. I sat on the phone with apple for an hour and a half no answers. I came to Verizon and they fixed my issue in 30 minutes. Very very helpful and will be back again !! Employees were extremely friendly and happy to help.

Chris assisted us in getting a new phones and he Was very kind and helpful in getting everything set up for us especially taking all of the time to get out netflix and steaming things set up for us which was a tedious process. We came from T Mobile and are very happy with the experience.

Zach and Shawn were amazing and helped me get my phone figured out. Super stressful morning so far with my screen cracked but they made the process quick and easy and took care of the phone repair service for me. I always recommend everyone I know to this location as they are always friendly and want the best for the customers! I'm a Coach at walmart and they have really impressed me with their customer service. Great job putting the right people in the right roles! These two gentlemen took a lot of weight off my shoulder! 10 stars from me to Shawn and Zach but Google won't let me!

We came in to get a couple of my phones fixed. Added a new line and moved my old phone to another line. Chris was amazing and did us a great service. He moved all the stuff over took my trade ins and erased my stuff for me. He also got me a new phone and ended up saving me money on my bill. Also the store was very nice and clean and all of the other reps seemed very well trained and very professional.

I was having some trouble out of my phone and came into the store to get some help they had my phone fixed and got me up and running within just a couple minutes the rep I dealt with was Chris and he was very nice and polite and treated me with respect. A very professional worker and good at his job

I'm on a family account with my sister and her family. Jerred always takes care of our needs on the account. He gets us the best deals and promotions and helps us keep our bill as low as possible while still having the devices and coverage we need.

David was very helpful in correcting the issue with my phone. He was persistent in solving my technical issue and kept me involved the whole way. He helped solve an issue regarding some of the most important functions on my phone! Couldn't be more grateful for his help!

I came in to the store today with an issue I have been having ever since the big storm and all of the outages came. I was kinda weary about coming in but I was welcomed and greeted by the very nice sales representative Chris Grubb. At the start he seemed very genuine and nice to me he was super thorough in being patient and trying to help me. He made me feel welcomed instead of being rushed and I really appreciated that. After it was all said and done he went through my bill for me explained everything and he fixed my phone for me which was the main issue I was having. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have been Verizon customers for years. This awesome experience only solidifies our satisfaction with this company and this particular store here on 3rd Avenue. 10/10 would reccomend this store to anyone.

Bought new phones from Chris he helped me get set up and transferred and provided some great service to me. He took the time to show me how to use and explained everything very well to me. Had a awesome experience and will be back in the future.
