Best Urgent Care visit I've ever had in the Finger lakes.
No wait time to speak of. Clean, professional, attentive. Friendly caring staff and immediate confirmation of prescriptions being received by drug store.
I was anticipating a long tedious wait and was very pleasantly surprised by the short wait time and thorough examination. AAAA+

Called and secretary was very informative. Great a listening and asking the right questions in regards to my symptoms.
Nurse asked right questions and a good listener. Made sure I was receiving tests that I agreed to and wanted. (Influenza)
Dr. Was great, also checked, ears nose, and throat for bacterial infection.
I will come back if I ever have any urgent care needs.

Tim Allen, PA and Nurse Paula were kind, compassionate and considerate. Tim is definitely a next-level provider. Ongoing follow-up the next day from Nurse Kaitlyn and again with a call from Tim were much appreciated. A WOW experience for sure. 5 STARS!!

Best Urgent Care experience ever. Made an appointment online and was seen at that time. Staff were extremely professional and caring. X-ray onsite confirmed my fear of cracked ribs. Had an examination, x-ray, prescribed meds, at home care instructions, and checked out all within an hour. And meds were called directly into my preferred pharmacy. If you are part of FLH already, no paperwork to fill out upon arrival - an added bonus! Thank you FLH Urgent Care Geneva! Fantastic!

I made an appointment online and was seen at the scheduled time. I saw Lisa Mejia, ARNP, FNP. She was excellent. She listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate testing and called me that evening to provide test results. The next morning I received a call from the nurse with additional results. The care and follow up I received definitely warrants a 5 star review.

I have been to other UC’s and this exceeds them all with health expertise, service, efficiency and professionalism! This is the only location I go to now, and my family uses it when necessary, plus they’re great with kids! (I have an infant, 6 yo) If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

Have been to this urgent care 3 times over the last 5 years and have always found the staff and level of care and compassion to be the very best. From the receptionist who is always friendly and caring no matter how busy she is with patients and the medical staff who are extremely through and understanding.

I used the services on 8/19/23. The staff was wonderful! From reception to nurse to practitioner. All very caring and very thorough.

I was in from out of town needing an appointment at an Urgent Care. From the first moments inside the door to my actual exam with Brooke..I was not only impressed but felt completely at ease and comfortable in her care. The bonus was that I was in and out within a 15 minute time frame. What a great experience.

I have been to this facility many times. The physicians and staff I have interacted with have always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are always seen very quickly.

Took my daughter there after a sports injury. Staff was great, very friendly and attentive. Fast service for x-rays as well as treatment!!

I took two kids to get Covid tested using their rapid test machine, and the nurse could not have been nicer! She took a long time to get the test from my ten-year-old, and was extremely patient. I was very grateful for that, and we had the test results back within 30 minutes.

Best urgent care hands down. Have been here several times, and have always left feeling great about the care I received. Staff really cares about what you have to say, and do their best to make you feel better! Definitely recommend!

It was a long wait and staff was extremely overwhelmed but I was treated with courteously and with respect. Once it was my turn I was in and out quickly. Very happy with everything.

After taking a fall and getting injured I went to FLH Urgent Care in Geneva to seek treatment. I was greeted with kindness by the receptionist & offered to help myself to some coffee while I waited for the Provider. However there was no time as I was immediately taken into the treatment room. I was assessed by nurse and Provider and xrays were ordered on the spot. The Provider then explained my situation throughly and what was necessary in the best course of care. This was my first experience with FLH Urgent Care and I would definitely recommend this UC for quick service, and excellent care. Thank you Shar Secor and your staff for such good care.

I was very sick and everyone got me in quick and painless.

I have been there twice now and would gladly go back. They get me in quick and very friendly. I hate going to the doctors because it takes time and I don't like to admit I am weak or vulnerable. These guys make it tolerable for me.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was visiting from out of state when an emergency landed me here. All staff was incredibly accommodating and compassionate. Would whole-heartedly recommend.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. They followed the COVID procedures as recommended by the CDC. Very nice in a high stress time to be in healthcare.
