A great local store with friendly staff and selection. This is one the primo spots in upstate New York to get your Warhammer fix, feed your graphic novel addiction, and find cool swag. Been shopping here for years and hope to continue for a long time.

This is actually a review for an online order I placed. I ordered a hardcover graphic novel that arrived with the best packing job I think I've ever recieved, in which the box was also labeled, Fragile. The book arrived in pristine condition. I really appreciate the fast shipping and amazing packaging. Keep it up guys, you rock.

I love this place. The one guy with glasses is always there and is really chill. I’ve been going there once a week for a while now for some warhammer minis and paints. They have a great selection and will answer any question about 40k you ask. I’m on my way there as we speak to pick up some more minis!!

Love this place. Reminds me of my youth. Yet all the items here are relevant today, ranging from games, figurines, and, of course, comics. Went for free comic book day and was not disappointed.

Very good store for recent and older comics. Tremendous selection of collectibles and good selection of games and models. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you can't get there often, they have a service where they hold your titles, which includes a significant discount!!! UPDATE: I joined the Comix Zone free service and received a great discount on my favorite titles. Just go to their website and sign up. It is just that easy and you won't pay full price again.

Very spacious. Plenty of not only new releases, but back issues and dedicated areas to recent releases as well. Pretty solid game space, as well as gaming supplies. Nice action figures selection. Friendly staff to boot.

Amazing service, great stock, will order for you if you can not find it, great employees very helpfull... more than just comics...games, toys, cards,you name it, the area's only/largest comic book power house! They also offer table top game nights and table top game products, also models and all accessories for doing your models. A+++

Long overdue review. I spend every Thursday evening here playing 40k and it's the highlight of my week. Great staff, great selection, and friendly atmosphere. This store has clearly worked hard to build a friendly and welcoming community among not only it's it's employees, but all of its regular customers and patrons as well.

My service experience from comixzone has been great. Orders are sent as soon as they are filled. Books come well packaged and in excellent condition. I have never had a book removed from my order due to shortage. The free shipping at $75 coupled with free bags and boards and flat %20 off make this one of the most affordable mail order online shops. Unfortunately I can only use this site to fill in any back order books I have missed, because of how tedious it is to pre-order books. Hoping the owners see this feedback and implement a better solution to pre-order books on the site. Would love for this to be my one stop for all my comic needs.

Update: Upgrading to 5 stars. Updated website is much better and free shipping has been reduced to $65. Service is still great.

Nice selection of comics and warhammer stuff, plus tcgs and board games. Friday path to glory is a relaxed environment to play Age of Sigmar in if that's your thing.

Always a great experience! Friendly employees and I always find what I'm looking for, or a suitable comparison which allows me to try new things. I always recommend Comix Zone to friends and family in need of what they sell, especially a variety of paints and tools for miniature painting/D&D/Warhammer and other table top games.

Best comic shop in Syracuse, friendly staff; I've been going (with my brother) for over a decade, never had anything close to a bad experience. The owner is a super laid back and friendly guy; same goes for the staff. Regular promotions and freebies for subscribers; really a great place for funnybook fans of all sorts; even for a troll like me ;).

Participates in Free Comicbook Day! Has tables set up for Magic and D&D - a great all around place.

Always enjoy shopping here for comics, games, and toys. Customer service is great and they'll hold a conversation about your favorite hobbies with you. A mainstay for many years and the owner is a great guy!

Fantastic "mom and pop" style collectible store. They have a little bit of everything from Comics and Graphic Novels to Card games and Minatures and of course Toys. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Came into Syracuse for a Warhammer event at the store, and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly, the entire store was well lit and clean, and it's right next door to a fantastic pizza place. If I was closer, I'd absolutely be a regular.

My son and I always love swinging bu here and checking out their array of sordid comics, cards and games. And if we're lucky there's a magic the Gathering or Pokemon tournament going on. This location is definitely not a run-down old comic book shop... It's wicked clean from it sells floor to its restroom.

It is definitely worth the 2 and a 1/2 hour drive. They have it all and with great prices. Been going since they opened
