Friends of mine go in here all the time and encouraged me to check it out as well. So glad I did. In speaking with the owner, I found out this church has gone through many changes in its existence. Built around 1880, it's gone through a fire, purchased by a heating and cooling company as office space, and finally bought by the current owners with an amazing redo. Go into the balcony and you'll see pictures and history. it was fun to walk around and see the different things they have for sale as well as the old furniture and kitchen appliances. The owner was present and extremely helpful and interactive. A great place to go to see a bit of history.

This place is so unexpected! What a beautifully restored old church that now serves as a country/rustic store with the peaceful feeling of stepping into an old church! They have an old-fashioned popcorn machine that you can help yourself to by the front door. It had beautiful art work displayed but they are for sale. It gives the place an art gallery/museum-like atmosphere.

The atmosphere is so pleasant I would come just to sit and admire. I have never left without a purchase because there is such a variety of items I get inspired with new decorating ideas.

Seen on travels and finally went back! Wow! Adorable how they preserved this history of the church! Such cute primitives! A local artist had piece there we purchased! The place was set up so nice to walk thru! Pictures up top of when the church burnt super cool they kept that and have it where it actually burnt! Lady was super sweet at the register! Will be returning for cute gifts later in the year!

Stopped in on our way to dinner in Elma. Created an enjoyable shop with just about anything to add to your home or looking for that special gift! Lots of pretty smells, so if you're sensitive, limit your time. They actually came and bought things from my parents estate to use as display pieces. Amazed at what was in a basement is looking beautiful now! Theme items, especially in the Barn in the back. Check out every nook and cranny!! Loved it, great work taking an old church and making such a lovely place to shop! We're going back when we have more time to wander! BTW great landscaping and loved the old pick-up in the back by the swing!

Surprise awaits you , You simply do know not what to expect each time you visit. Always a friendly atmosphere amongst trees and shade and overlook to Buffalo River down the hillside. Prices are fair especially for one of a kind items. Take the whole family as you may something unique for junior or grandmother. Down the road is a nice little waterfall. Only two minutes from the 400 express up Transit to Main Street.

Beautiful setting for a primitive craft building. The displays are done to perfection. Very inviting. The staff are genuinely friendly. You need to visit if you love the charm of a craft store done right!

Last night while watching TV there was a commercial on for a gift shop called the old steeple. It turns out that it's only 2.1 miles from my house and it has been there for 12 years but yet I had never heard of it. It was pretty amazing. The main building is was formerly a church. I think it was back in 1986 the church burned and was in really bad shape. I looked at their series of photos on they're rebuilding it. They have all sorts of antiquish type gifts. There's a second building where they have additional products for sale. Most of the stuff is farmish or might be called country ish. They are located on Main Street right near Transit in Elma. If you get out that way stop in most days they're open till 5 in on Thursday they are open till 8. I believe they open at 10 in the morning but you better check it out before you go.

I really enjoyed my time there today. There seemed to be a lot more choices to decorate with. I got a very nice bench. Looking forward to picking it up.

Local artisans work that was delightful. Fall and Thanksgiving items are available but they have rapid turnover for each season. I'm waiting with baited breath to go for Christmas.
