NAPA Auto Parts - Volos Auto Parts

I needed a caliper for my car, and I was able to find one there at Volo's. The big box stores wanted $114 for one, while Volo's Napa had one for $103, and on top of that, I was able to get another $20 off by ordering it online. I called the store to make sure they had the part in stock and it was the correct one for my car, and Beth assured me it was. I sarcastically asked if they delivered, because I was in a bind with my car on jack stands needing a caliper. Beth said that their driver was actually getting ready to deliver parts to a garage next to where I live and she would have him drop it off! I could not believe that they would go above and beyond like this. When the driver showed up at my house with the part I was overwhelmed with a sense of extreme gratitude. I know it's not something they do everyday, but this just goes to show how amazing their customer service is! A local business that actually cares for their customers. From now on I will be using Volo's NAPA in Greene. Huge shout out to Beth and her team! Thank you just isn't enough!

The staff here ate always eager to help me find what I need her. I needed windshield wipers for my car and it is very hard to get the correct size. Not only did they have them but, they installed them as well so i could get on my way.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need something and they don't have it, they will in a couple hours. I definitely recommend this place. They are not over priced either.

great store managers are phenomenal and try too help the best they . go above and beyond. they take very good care of there customers. would recommend too anyone

Friendly staff and lots of part's for you car and garden equipment at a reasonable price considering I don't have to travel 30 to 45 minutes.
