Super nice people that work there. They're usually busy, but they work hard to get the food and drinks out quickly. Usually very clean and one of the few fast food restaurants in Auburn that seems to still take pride in their work. Polite, professional, and friendly service.

Love it here! I have food restrictions and they ALWAYS get my order right! Even when they're super busy! My sf vanilla London fog always tastes the exact same!

Always great every time me and my wife go, they are participating in the half off one coffee on Thursday sonits nice to see them giving back to their customers !

Since Starbucks opened in Auburn it’s my go to place. Haven’t had a bad drink here since they did open, sometimes I catch myself there multiple times a week. Them getting Oat-Milk on their menu has been a saving grace

Clean bathroom. Friendly service. The food is served hot. They are kind to people, such as myself, who have difficulty remembering and using the Italian names for coffee sizes (Venti, Grande, etc.). The staff are polite whether you enter in person or use the drive-thru.

I was deceived, my girlfriend pulled into the taco bell parking lot and I was happy. She then turned into the Starbucks parking lot, and I was sad. The drink was good though

Facing the day forward with a "drink" from Starbucks is a "big deal"... Tricking myself with a TREAT allows me to charge into "my" day!

Very welcoming attitude through the drive thru tonite. Totally kind and helpful voice that makes you just want to order more and more!

Always a good experience here. Never been inside. The drivethru can be slow like most places. I always hear a super friendly cheerful voice on the speaker, and am greeted with a smile at the window which makes the wait worth it! If there is ever a mistake (which is extremely rare) it is happily fixed quickly. Bless all these workers, I have zero complaints ever!

I just ordered from here and they were very friendly and my coffee and my wife's was made to perfection. I have been to other starbucks in surrounding areas and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

Yes the wait can be long and yes the lobby is closed sometimes but that won’t stop me from enjoying and tipping! I don’t expect an understaffed crew of people to make so many special drinks with covid, closing the lobby sometimes actually is a good idea to save the stress. Keep doing what you guys are doing!!! you can’t be blamed for the product that comes in, all you do is make them into drinks and snacks for the customers. Good work!!!

Today I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered two drinks and a cake pop for my beautiful son, sat beside me as Christ at the right hand of His own Father. Imagine how nonplussed I was when I realized I had left my wallet at home!!!

The barista under whose agency the drive-thru window was skillfully placed laid my apprehensions to rest. She assured me that my regretted lapse of memory regarding my wallet was forgiven by her, and by the beneficent fathers at Starbucks corporate.

I returned later this evening to try and pay my earlier debt of the two drinks and a cake pop. Once again my attempts at reparations were gently denied by another pleasant face and velvet voice.

It reminds me of the words of the immortal bard on the subject of kindness:

For I have sworn deep oaths of thy deep kindness,
Oaths of thy love, thy truth, thy constancy;
And, to enlighten thee, gave eyes to blindness,
Or made them swear against the thing they see;
For I have sworn thee fair; more perjured eye,
To swear against the truth so foul a lie!

The customer service here is par none. It didn't take me long to become a regular with such a great product and wonderful personable staff. Its a no wonder why.

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They’re doing the best they can people, give them a break. Of course you’re going to wait for a while if there’s a line of cars in front of you. Get over it and either order ahead or go somewhere else!

All the times I have been here the staff have been really nice to us!! I love starbucks drinks and have never had a complaint! Also they keep the inside nice and clean.

Great service! The girls at the drive thru are so nice. Rico got a puppacino and his picture taken for the wall. 🥰 Our coffees and food were great as usual!

Friendly staff and I highly recommend this location (Auburn). I'm editing my original review & increasing the stars as the service, hours & product availability were pretty inconsistent in the beginning but this has since been remedied.

Brand new store and usually very busy. Employees are learning and speed is a bit slow because of both factors. Quality in food and drink is still there from my experience.
