Dunkin'

went there for a quick before work run, this guy (think his name was dante because i heard the other lady call him that) was the coolest dude i’ve ever met at a fast food place. easy 10/10 place i will always go back as long as dante and the nice front counter lady are there. huge win for dunkin not gonna lie

Iced mocha lattes taste delicious, unlike some other Dunkin’s that are too milky flavored. Guy working the counter was friendly and fast. He made conversation with all the customers. Definitely my new location of choice.

We always go through the drive-through at State Street in Dunkin in Auburn on the way to take my daughter to work. The workers are friendly, kind, and courteous. The food is delicious and the orders are always correct.

I recommend State Street DD over Grant Ave so much better service

The morning crew is great especially at 5am.

Skip the line by ordering ahead on the app with walk-in because it is usually very busy between 7am and 9am (especially drive-thru).Great coffee and food! And great staff! Shout out to Mike in particular!

I was at Dunkin today and Michael waited on us, he’s awesome!! So kind and caring and made us feel very welcome!! They are lucky to have him as an employee!!

The store is clean and well lit, down to the restroom. The staff is friendly, helpful, and are pretty chill when it comes to leaving people to enjoy their purchases in peace with a good book or laptop. The service is fast and the food tasty of its kind. Great upbeat atmosphere.

I'm a difficult one with a special coffee order each time, but they always manage to make it perfectly! Even if it is wrong, they are always happy to make it right for you, just don't hesitate to ask! They are learning too!

Good food, and friendly staff. The one girl in there that looks young doesn't seem to enthusiastic about working there, but everyone else is kind and does their best! The black manager is amazing and the muscular white shift supervisor man is nice and always goes the extra mile to give good customer service. Travis is the best he knows what I like everytime I go in.

The lady that served us was so beyond nice it blew me away! The service was amazing and because of her I will definitely go back. Now another employee seemed to be upset that they had customers but not the one helping my family so her attitude did not effect my experience

I love this Dunkin. My order is always right and the food is just as good as the chai latte I ordered. The cheese and bacon roll-up my aunt got looked and smelled delicious. I will definately continue to come here while in ny

Better employees than Genesee. They seem more focused on State. The coffee is actually flavored correctly. Not watery, not strong, not bland and not too sweet. Perfect temperature. Best Dunkin in Auburn

This is the only Dunkin Donuts I will go to, they ALWAYS make my coffee just right!!! The staff is so friendly! They must have a speedy system in place to get all customers in and out, even when the line is long they move so fast and efficiently im still through and on my way in less than 5 minutes......They are the best!!!

I had received a wrong coffee order twice while at the dunkin on Grat AVe in Auburn. I had 2 sick little ones in the back so I couldn't go into the store to have them fix it for a 3rd time and the drive thru line was long....so I went to the DD on state st and ordered another coffee and told them about my ordeal elsewhere. The clerk asked her manager and they replaced my coffee for free and apologized and were super genuine. Excellent customer service! They didnt have to correct it as they had nothing to do with it but when above and beyond! I will be visiting them again

Employees at night are always extremely helpful and welcoming. The manager is also great to deal with if you have any issues or questions.

Friendly , knows our everyday order almost instantly. Funny nice people that work there. Our every morning stop!

Used to like this location but not so many more. If I could I would change the rating to maybe a 3. There are times I got ignored. I called out several times finally left service is lousy.
