Great experience! Staff was friendly and professional, individual attention and the equipment for measuring one's foot these days is dynamic! We walked out with new boots and are completely satisfied with our experience.

The staff worked with me for awhile and went through everything I asked and multiple different style boots until I was comfortable. They also used their high tech machine to get a full idea on which boots were right for my feet.

Traveled an hour and a half to have my foot mapped. Well worth the trip, learned more about my feet in five minuets than I could have hoped for. Staff was friendly and helpful, walked out with a pair of boots that actually felt right.

My boots I purchased not long ago are falling apart and I brought them in and the actual salesman that sold me the boots was there and gave me a brand new pair Really nice man.

Very good experience. I stopped in to try on the Mocktoe and Iron Ranger as I am new to Red Wing. The owner, took all the time I needed to answer my questions and make sure the fit was just right for me. His attention to my needs while the store was getting busier exemplified that he wasn't just trying to make another sale and cared that I was well taken care. Kudos to the store and I will be sure to recommend you to others.

First time experiencing a Red Wing store. Loved the set-up. They take a digital reading of your feet and match you to a work boot or shoe. They also match the insert for added comfort. Shoes are on the expensive side, but so worth it. If you work on your feet for long periods of time, I highly recommend Red Wing shoes. Please go to a store and have them do their measurements for the best possible match for your feet.

Unbelievable experience, sales gentleman was super informative and professional. Took all the time I needed to decide on a pair and he actually encouraged me to keep trying pairs on till I found the right one, sized me up and showed me I'd been wearing the wrong size for years! When I was just about to give up he had recommended one more to try and it was a perfect fit! Definitely will be back!

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They offered information and advice and then let you decide what to do. The true fit technology they have in store was amazing. I didn't know what properly fitting boots were before I walked in today. I doubt I'll be buying another brand anytime soon unless I can't afford these at some point. Boots were definitely expensive but seem well worth it from just the feel.
Also the owner of this store offers an 11% military discount year round which ISNT company policy (Redwing does it for veterans day weekend) which is just extremely kind.
Highly recommended for anyone who needs a good comfortable pair of work boots.
Edit: I believe Jason was the guy helping me today. Extremely knowledgeable. And as it seemed of all staff his focus was 100% on me and only me. He did an excellent job!

My Australian fiance came through here to get a pair of boots since he normally can't get his size at other shoe places for the type of shoe he needed or usually orders online and would take weeks to be shipped to him.

They have this scanner that can precisely tell what size your foot is and it cones with a pressure plate that can see what insole you may need based on how you step.

After going through the process, he was impressed and so happy with his new boots and insoles that were recommended to him and will definitely come back when he can and if he ever needs another pair.

From the time walking in the door, customer service was a 10 out of 10. Friendly, helpful, and very informative. Through my entire time there my questions were listened to and answered. I was directed toward my choice very easily and given the proper steps on how to make my choice better.

Fantastic service! I've never worn traditional boots, so having patient and knowledgeable assistance with the process guaranteed my confidence in my purchase. The 3D scan to get a perfect fit was amazing as well. I learned things about my feet that I didn't know I've been ignoring for 20 years. I'd highly recommend this store.

I called the Cicero store to see if the size and model boot I was looking for was in stock. Jim was kind enough to put them to the side for me and I was able to pick them up the next day.

Just stopped in because my laces were shot. They gave me new laces at no charge, conditioned the leather on my boots and also sold me a new pair of inserts. I will always own a pair of Redwing boots simply because of the customer service and quality!

I had an awesome experience picking out my boots with the help of Ron today. The service from start to finish was very personalized. First stop was the with the custom fit finder machine, which analyzes your foot and walking pattern to find which boots will serve your feet best. A machine can tell you a lot but Ron really gave me the attention, proper guidance, and information necessary to make what I felt was the best decision for my needs.

Our service was quick and easy. The foot scan for orthotics is amazing how all that information goes to my phone.

They give you great individualized service here and will fit you into a great pair of shoes. The prices range from $100 to $400 for most shoes. It's pricey but the shoes last a long time and are very comfortable. They will also set you up with the proper inserts to ensure a correct fit and proper support. These guys know what they are doing.

Just bought my first pair of redwings. The customer service at this store is excellent. Sizing of my feet and explanation of how my different sized feet should fit in the boots was thorough and enlightening. I tried on several boots and never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience to staff. I highly recommend this store and Jason to help you.

I purchased my first pair of Iron Rangers from them six weeks ago. The staff was knowledgeable and fit me expertly with the proper sized boot. I would shop there again.

If you need work boots this is the only place to go!Needed to buy steel toe boots for my son for his new job...the staff is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of boots.They do a computer analysis of your feet for your size,arch, pressure points,etc... my son tried on a couple pairs & then tried a pair recommended by the staff based on his job description...he ended up buying the ones that were recommended!You cannot put a price on this kind of service! Oh yeah,& the staff is super friendly as well!

I have owned Timberland's all my life and was sick of the poor quality and high price. I did a lot of research on the best mechanic work boot, Red Wing seemed to be the overall best boots on the market based on various websites and customer reviews. I visited the Red Wing Store on April 20th, and wanted to see what they offered. I walked in and was greeted and helped within 30 seconds by Ron Ouimette (Last name found on the sales receipt) and he took the time to explain the many different options, styles and colors I could choose from based on what I would be using the boots for. He was very happy to answer all my questions and explain the benefits of his product. He had me stand on a digital pressure pad that shows the arches, size and pressure points of my feet and even went above and beyond to manually size my feet with the shoe sizer tool. I was still deciding between the Steel toe and non-steel toe boot so he brought both out, laced them for me, and had me walk for a bit in each boot. I ended up purchasing the non-steel toe 6 inch work boot. I have never once in my life experienced that kind of quality customer service and dedication from anyone. Ron Is am excellent salesman and employee. He took his time, and answered any questions I had with honesty and confidence. I will never buy another brand of work boot based on the quality of the product and Ron's Customer service. I hope to make all my future Red Wing purchases at the Red Wing store in Cicero.
