The way self storage should be! Rented 3 storage units for short-term use during a local move. Their process was nearly frictionless, including a slick online rental portal that grants immediate access to the units. That was exactly what we needed.

Several days a week the front gate is stuck open and it's like that all night. This has been going on for at least a year now so I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet.
