Todd was extremely helpful with setting up our new phones. He was very friendly and thorough in answering all of our questions. I drove over an hour just so I could work with Todd at Verizon in Pine City. They are always kind, helpful, and patient. That's what's nice about a small town. I refuse to go elsewhere! Highly recommend!

Sarah has been a great help I brought in a bunch of my devices and she was so patient she helped with everything even though it wasn’t her job. I highly recommend working with her she is great and patient with old people who need extra help!

My husband is also leaving a review but we have been very pleased with our work with Sarah she helped us when we were in Mora and now we came to find her in pine City. She is amazing to work with and will help with any and everything we will drive wherever we need to to work with her.

Came in today with my phone not working and dealt with Todd. Not only did he get my phone back up and running but checked my account and saved me $10 a month. He was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. I love this store and will be back to see them again.

I'm so happy I came into pine today I always hate when I need to change my phone but Sarah the manager at pine was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going be back for the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went to Pine City Verizon today needing help with my phone and Todd helped me out. He was absolutely the friendliest most helpful service guy I have had. I would highly recommend everyone needing anything with your phones come see them. I know my friend will be coming in for a new phone soon.

Very fast and efficient Verizon store compared to other ones I've been to. Great service we were assisted by a blond girl friendly knew her stuff. I will continue to come to this location.
