The owner claimed I had “never filled out an application” since being at the campground for four years in a row at a seasonal spot. Henry received fines from county surveyors for having his trailers too close to one another. He’s harassed my sons saying they can’t be there. He’s lost my rent check and sent harassing letters. The owners did not mow regularly, leaving it to tenants. The beach is full of weeds, kept up only by tenants out of goodwill. Steer clear of Sunbay unless you love drama and disfunction.
