Part of the reason I went here was price... Another part of the reason was the reviews you read. They truly do make it pain-free. We drove slightly under 2 hours to visit their dealership. We bumped into four or five different staff members, All very friendly. While you ain't there is coffee water TV and heck even a massage chair if you would like. Lexi was on top of things from top to bottom. If you prefer communication via email they'll do it. If you prefer text message they'll do it. 100% satisfied. I have had no issues with the vehicle I purchased either. But would imagine if something were to happen theyd take care of me.

I recently purchased a VW minivan from Ace Auto. They have been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from the beginning! I was skeptical about the fact that they sold salvage vehicles, but my perception of salvage vehicles has completely changed after working with them! Ed, Lexi, and Tony were all very professional and great to work with. They go above and beyond expectations when it comes to repairing vehicles, replacing many parts in the vehicle before selling it and even going so far as to polish the entire engine compartment! The vehicles we tested were all very clean and ran very well. They followed up on any/all further repairs in their warranty period after I brought the vehicle back to my mechanic. When I am looking for another vehicle, I will look here first and gladly drive the 4+ hours back to Ace Auto based on my experience with them and will emphatically recommend them to others! Overall an excellent deal!

I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu from here. I’ve had it for a little over a month now and i’m absolutely in love with it. The only issue I’ve had so far was the windshield washer fluid container had a hole in it but they fixed it with no questions asked. The process didn’t take long at all and everyone was super friendly. My car drives beautifully and i’ve had no other issues. I definitely recommend buying your next car from here!

We found the perfect RV at a great price! We bought a van at Ace over 10 years ago and had a great experience. So when we saw the RV on Marketplace pop up from Ace, we messaged that we wanted to come and look at it. This was in the evening (not during business hours) and almost immediately we got a response. They spent lots of time with us answering all our questions, showing us how everything worked, showing before and after pictures of the hail damage that was repaired, and even showing us the product they used for the repair. We never felt rushed or pressured, just welcome. We are already shopping for our next family car there!

I bought my dream truck here two years ago. It had a prior salvage title but was rebuilt perfectly then inspected and certified. So it was as good as new.

This truck had low mileage and had a much lower price than market value because it was a prior salvage. Without the lower ticket price, I'd never be able to have a truck like this. I plan to keep it until I'm in the dirt, and then my daughter (who's 13) wants it haha!

This business is legit and you can trust their other Google reviews and their rating. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional. There is a great selection of vehicles here. The have many prior salvage title cars and trucks and a few clean title vehicles. But bringing totale cars back to life and looking brand new , and the having them inspected for safety is their gig. Then they sell them at a lower cost for people like me. I love this business and refer them to everyone, even family!

They offered a very fair price for my older truck as a trade in. This is a good, honest family business.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ace Auto and have been very pleased with their quality service and their attention to detail. Very nice people doing great work!

I am extremely impressed with the courteous and responsive service without the slightest hint of sales pressure from Lexi and Ed. When I first entered the building and asked to look at the vehicles on the lot, Lexi pointed me toward the type of vehicles I was interested in, and let me do my own inspection - something I really appreciated. I arrived shortly before closing, and Lexi told me to take my time on the test drives, and not to worry about the clock. What I like best, was they let me go home to think about my options without trying to close the deal before I could change my mind. I love this place!
The next day after I arranged financing with USAA (so trouble-free it's crazy), the transaction took maybe 20 minutes in Lexi's office before I had the keys and drove off in my new ride.
The car is absolutely immaculate inside and out, and for a 3-year old vehicle, you simply cannot tell the difference between this reconstructed salvage vehicle and a brand-new one. It even had the new-car smell! Ace Auto Car technicians are genuine craftsmen and not just trying to flip cars on-the-cheap.
I've had the vehicle now for 3,000 miles, brought it back for a very minor loose electrical connection repair, and Ed told me if I ever have anything further come up with the repair, he'd stand behind it and make it right even after warranty.
Ed and Lexy know how to run a business based on providing a quality product with exceptional customer service, like I've never seen in this business before.
I'll be back for my next auto purchase, and recommend you do too. This is a smart way to buy a car, as long as you go with Ace Auto Car!

I was looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and found this one at Ace Auto for a great price. Lexi is great to work with and very responsive. I had a slight problem with a piece of Trim that Ed and the team took care of with no hassle at all. We bought a selvaged, hail-damaged Subaru Forester today from Ave Auto in Jordan. I was nervous about buying a selvaged car, but we were offered a 30-day, 3,000-mile warranty, and felt much more at ease with our purchase. The battery needed to be jumped when the car was driven to the sales office. Without hesitation, a new battery was installed. I am impressed with Ace Auto's customer service so far, and I look forward to driving my "new-to-me" vehicle! Thank you for a great experience!

Update August 26th 2022:
Came in for repairs...absolutely no questions asked or even an appointment, they just took the van and said they would take care of everything while I waited. Crazy good service...this place is unlike any dealership I've been to. This place is so good I can't say enough. I would never buy a vehicle anywhere else.

August 2022 update:
Just purchased another van from Ace Auto. This is the 3rd for my family. Same excellent service and quality. This time I have a small issue with the auxiliary battery. They said to stop back and they would take care of it while I wait. I will update this post after to see how well they did.

July 2022 update:
Just drove my son to pickup the Pacifica he bought at Ace Auto. Still the same great service. Great family run business. I bought my van over a year ago so the warranty had expired. I mentioned a very small loose trim piece on my van and they insisted they wanted to fix it while I waited. This would NEVER EVER happen at any other dealership! They have an extremely large selection of nice vans right now I decided to go back and upgrade on a van they are working on now.
2021:
Drove 2 hours to see some Pacifica vans. They had a great selection. This is no fly by night operation selling salvaged junk. Very professional and well run business. Don't go there and think you can give them a low ball offer. We came within $500 to making a deal on a $22K van....they would not budge. They were polite and professional and pointed out exactly why they stuck to their price.
Follow up Review:
I shopped and visited many dealerships for 2 weeks after my 1st visit to Ace Auto. I ended up going back and buying a 2018 Pacifica from them...very glad I did. I kept weighing the salvage vs clean title option. I was surprised to find out almost 50% of the clear title vans I looked at had prior accidents. Half of those had inferior repairs done, many were filthy and driven hard. Apparently it's very selective if an insurance company wants to salvage a vehicle or not You could end up buying a clean title car that had more damage than a salvaged vehicle. Do yourself a favor and check out a vehicle at Ace. They take so much pride in the work they do...these guys aren't just auto body specialist...they are craftsman...it's like a work of art what they do. The cars are immaculate inside and out...I would swear the 2018 I bought was brand new...even smelled new. On top of that Lexi did all the purchase paperwork in about 15 minutes...you can't buy a stove that quick at Home Depot! Before I drove off they answered every question I had and even showed me things I wouldn't even think to ask about.

I bought a salvaged Ram from them and love it. They even provided me with pictures of the vehicle before they fixed it, and receipts for the parts that needed replacement. My experience with them was great, and fast. I even got to leave the lot with my truck before he had the check from the loan company in hand. I will likely buy from them again.

After 2 years of owning my truck I had to bring it in for service for the first time. The team at Ace Auto was extremely helpful and fixed the issues I was seeing. The team had great communication, and I was able to pick up my truck the day the repairs were finished. I remember working with Arthur when I first bought my truck, and he was also my contact for the service. Very professional, and explained the service being done very well so I had no questions. Thanks again to the whole team, and from my experiences I couldn’t recommend Ace Auto more. Great service!!!
