We ordered our most recent purchase of furniture at the MN State Fair this year in August of 2023. Great experience. The lady that helped us estimated a finish date and she was very close to that date. We picked it up and it’s now on our new patio. Looks fabulous!

We have been By the Yard customers for years. Our oldest furniture is over 20 years old and it looks and still works perfectly. It also has been outside every day of it’s life including many years at our cabin in Ely, MN (4 hours north of the cities) and now here in Minneapolis since 2020. The furniture is sturdy and well made. We also have purchased a well known competitor and it is no where up to the standard of By the Yard.
My first suggestion would be to purchase from here, as you will get a great product that will last!

We absolutely love our By The Yard outdoor furniture. Our backyard fire pit wasn’t inviting at all until we got rid of our folding camp chairs added some Adirondack chairs. We were glad we went with the version that has a higher seat, it makes it so much easier for older guests to get in and out of them. Later, we practically waited for the rest of our outdoor furniture to wear out so we could justify replacing it too. We got rid of our rusty, worn out dining table and chairs, as well as some wicker sectional seating, and now have a bar height set and standard height set that can stay out by the pool year-round. No more moving furniture in and out every season! Next up will be some loungers once the wicker ones we have now will surely wear out too. This furniture looks great year after year with no maintenance whatsoever with the grey color we selected. We highly recommend and love these products!

Excellent experience all around. The selection and ordering process was very good, allowing for easy color customization. Once my colors had been selected, a mockup was sent to ensure the colors were exactly as specified. The furniture arrived with clear assembly instructions, and once constructed were solid and clearly of high quality. Absolutely no complaints.

The three tete a tetes we purchased recently are wonderful additions to our front patio. We have other pieces of By the Yard and knew this was another easy decision. The foot print dimensions provided on the website made it simple to know whether or not these would fit in the space.

This furniture is Great! We have a table-bench-and four chairs. We have had ours for 12 years in Pennsylvania and Arizona, so it has seen extreme climates. Their Customer Service is even better than their furniture. Just had an issue with one glider separating on the back slats. We have two new back pieces being shipped our way within 24 hours of contacting the company.

I had excellent customer service. I decided on the ottoman gliders after I ordered my chairs. So happy I did. Love the color I chose. I got both of my ottomans at your fair special of 10% off.

Easy to order online and follow-up by phone when I decided to have our bench delivered rather than picked up. Everybody I encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. And the delivery service is excellent. Text and email updates with a screen that shows where the driver is. Our driver was Darin. Excellent delivery--notified when we were the next stop. Friendly and helpful--a wonderful finish to the process!

By the Yard has beautiful high quality products. I owned two of the glider rockers prior to my recent purchase. They are well built, durable, stylish and comfortable. For my recent purchase, I had the pleasure of working with Brenda, a sales associate at By The Yard. Her customer service and attention to the details was amazing. Great service and delivery. The delivery guy put the chairs right in place. These chairs are perfect. More upright than typical Adirondack chairs. Heavy duty. Love them!

I love my new pieces of By The Yard. I also have several other pieces. We leave them out all year with no issues.

Our furniture looks beautiful on our front porch. Matt, our sales associate was great throughout the process. We really like the comfort of our furniture. The pillows we got are more for decoration. We really don’t need them.

We recently moved from Minnesota to Florida. We shopped all over our new area and could not find the same quality as By the Yard. So we ordered a number of pieces to be delivered to our new home in Florida at a very small fee. Everything went very smoothy! All our furniture arrived in a timely manner and in great shape. We did have to assemble the furniture but that process was very simple. By the Yard did an outstanding job getting our furniture to us and the assemble was easy. We will be ordering more furniture for delivery to Florida very soon.

Great table and chairs. Darin delivered both dates. The second delivery the city was repaving the street, he was unable to get real close. He was able to cut through a couple of back yards to delivery. He was awesome. Worked out great.

We ordered enough furniture for 7 different areas around our pool and patios. Our salesman "Scott" was patient while we took our sweet time selecting items and placing our order.
Our order was shipped to us out of state and delivered complete with NO mistakes!
Installation of the furniture went so smooth and easy to put together. We were only missing 2-3" screws and I only saw 1 error with the instructions.
I've been in manufacturing several years and was thrilled with packaging, assembly, instructions and beauty of the furniture.

We live in the desert and selected neutral colors for our furniture. This furniture is a beauty and so sturdy and has great weight to it so it will not blow in our pool.

I ordered a 72 inch bench with an engraving in memory of my SIL who passed away suddenly at the age of 53. I mentioned that it would be nice if the bench would be done by the time of her celebration of life which was only a month away. They put a rush on it and delivered to my brother with a week to spare. Unfortunately, I made a spelling error in my rush to get it ordered. By the Yard was able to send a replacement board within a couple of days. The communication and service to satisfy the customer was above and beyond what I had expected.
I've ordered many items from By the Yard and have always been very satisfied with the quality and customer service.

I love my new outdoor side table! It's great that it's still a perfect color match to the pieces I bought 4 years ago! No chane in dye lot, no fading of original pieces. Especially nice that cam all assembled, all I had to do was take it out of the box! Excellent product, excellent company to work with!
