My outcome of my open rhinoplasty has surpassed my expectations. Performed a Septorhinoplasty on me about two years ago. I had forgot what it felt like to breathe through your nose, and I thought my nose being stuffed up all the time was normal. Initially I was supposed to get a septoplasty, but after talking with Dr. Dresner he said he could likely get a rhinoplasty through insurance as well, and he did. My nose was very crooked and now it's straight. Dr. Dresner realized that this was my first real surgery, and he did a good job at comforting me before, during, and after the procedure. After the procedure I was given a pain medication that really didnt help, I was in the worst pain of my life. We called the hospital late at night and by the morning he had a new and stronger prescription awaiting, which relieved me. To anyone worrying about seeing Dr. Dresner, don't. He is a down to earth, funny guy, and you are safe under his care.

I had read a bad review about Dr. Dresner by a man prior to my surgery. Now I can agree with every thing in his review. Horrible outcomes and Dr. Dresner went from being very personable to unfriendly when I started to question the results. Being a RN for over 40 years does not make you immune from picking the wrong doctor. I greatly regret not heeding the man’s review.

I am sure Dr. Dresner is a nice guy. But my nose surgery experience was awful. My nose looks worse than it was before. I will attach pictures for everyone to see. I do not want this to happen to anyone. Just had a post op appointment 3 months after surgery with Dr. Dresner and he told me that I would have to get a second surgery to get the straight nose I originally desired. He also gave me a steroid shot without telling me the bad side affects of this. I now have a colored pigmentation on my nose. I have started Pre op for my second surgery and the surgeons I am now seeing have agreed with me that my nose surgery was beyond sub par.
