Goodwill - Minnetonka

Know your store strengths- this is a store that will always have great dishes and housewares. The clothes I agree are higher ticket than in other locations and sometimes MUCH higher. But they do seem to have consistently great dishes, furnishings, plastic floral, vases, and small furnishings.

Lots to shop for, clothes/shoes to tools and outdoor items. Also have Electronics and Jewelry. Friendly Staff, Good prices for the most part. Some Items can get on the spendy side, but mostly, compairalble to other similar store's. Shelve's and Isle's are pretty well kept in order and organized. Store seemed fairly clean, considering the amount of daily traffic of customer's shopping. Nice job staff. Will be back to shop soon?

I was looking for cheap bookshelves and found lots of options furniture wise, and for great prices (think 12 dollars for an ordinarily 50+ dollar book shelf). It looked like they had lots of stuff cloth-wise as well, though I only glanced at the sections. Staff were super nice and friendly!

Awesome, wonky parking but great selection

This review is for Chris K. He exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He helped me check out and introduced me to the App where I received a discount on an item (saving me 75% off!). I truly appreciated his kindness and help in the transaction. He should definitely be recognized and promoted for his kindness, his leadership qualities and customer service skills. Thank you, Chris!

Alfred also helped load a large cabinet in my vehicle. He was very careful and I appreciate the care he took in not damaging the item nor my vehicle.

As for the store, parking was not a problem. There was quite a selection for christmas decor and gifts. I would recommend this location!

wonderful place really enjoyed my stay. Found many clothing and most of the employers were rude. The nicest cashier was a young Muslim girl named iesha, very friendly and very helpful (got me a cart w/o even asking her!!!) Parking was horrible as well

Last time I was there I dropped off a donation and went inside for........ drum roll please - $1.49 day - I wonder if they have $1.49 day. It was based upon the color of the day. Pretty cool, they hire a lot of people and have a great mission. Support them if you can - oh yeah, a great place to shop for Halloween or theme parties!

Lots of good stuff here! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only negative, and it's true of all Goodwills, is Halloween stuff already in in August. It takes a huge amount of space away from things I'm more interested in.

-This is a large Goodwill location (large meaning it has its own building, not attached to a mini mall or something. Extra space to move around in, doesn't feel cramped) with a large selection of everything. It's usually quite clean, it's a big building that's well-lit, not a small cramped location.
-Minimum experience with the staff but they've always been pretty nice at checkout and when cleaning out the dressing rooms of extra items. As someone who once worked in retail and knows how horrible most people are to retail workers, I think the staff here is very nice and does a good job, especially if you're nice to them and remember that they're human.
-Parking is a nightmare here, even when it's not real busy.
-Haven't had experience dropping thing off yet but they have the pathway marked well throughout the parking lot and signs to show you where to go.

One of the better goodwill stores, which is probably why they are always so busy. That could be also due to location and not having any other thrift stores within miles of ridgedale mall. The store is tucked away on the frontage road of 394.

Great location, easy to spot from the highway, harder to find on the back roads though. Great selection of kids items, clothing, household decor and furniture. Reasonably good prices.

When end great service. Picked out five outfits. Few pairs of pants for pears shorts 4 shirts $39 one pair of Silver Jeans.

$4.50 deal on nice black dress shoes. As far as Goodwill stores go, it was very clean/organized.

I found the best deal on a pre-lit tree for Christmas and a brand new blender. I love shopping at this Goodwill location, always great deals!

My experience at Goodwill was SUPERB. I found a super gorg dress that I will be wearing to meet my idol, Rogggelio.

This store is so difficult to shop in there's no fitting rooms so I can't try on the clothes so now when I return something I can't get my money back I have to do a exchange 🥱
