We've used this company a bunch of times, Jeff is always super nice and informative. This is our local go to company for plumbing repairs and cleaning.

So thankful for them. I've had a rough couple of weeks and the cherry on top was when my pipes froze. I can't remember the fella's name, but he walked me through some things because I didn't have the cash to hire them. Tell you what, though. If ever I need plumbing services, they will absolutely be the first company I call. I just wanted to publicly express my gratitude to a business that still believes in helping, and placing people over profits for one moment. Thank you so much, and I am wishing you success. I was highly impressed with Vallis & Sons. I called them on a Saturday morning after I discovered an issue with my shut off valve. Not only was he able to show up the next morning, but he had a clear plan on how to service the shut-off without risking the valve before the meter failing (if that failed we would had to wait for the township to use the curb shut-off). A fair price for great work & expertise.

I have used this company twice. Both times, my issue happened on a Sunday, they called me right back and had someone here the next day. One of the times I called, the owner was on vacation, yet he still picked up his phone. Great customer service, honest, extremely nice and great work. Have already recommended to my friends and will continue.

Jeff came out on a last minute call. Ran a new gas line for my cooktop. GREAT service, fair price, and dependable. A week later at the hardware store Steve gave me the card of a plumber he trusted....guess who's carf he gave me. Yup Vallis & Sons!

Called to get main drain unplugged, he was out and had it fixed in no time flat. Then called him back to replace rusted out kitchen pipe, again fixed very quick. Will call him anytime I have plumbing issue.

Called these guys after having a very bad experience with Roto-Rooter, and the guy was at my place within ten minutes. He was very nice and got the job done in about 45 minutes, and charged me a fair rate. I couldn't be more happy with the service.

Jeff is knowledgeable and prompt! His pricing is also fair! I had some plumbing issues and Vallis and Sons was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint!!!!

Came out, answered my questions, checked out my issue and told me what was wrong. There is no actual issue and didn’t try telling me there was. Would definitely call them again.

Vallis was hired to fix tub leak and leaky valve. Work was done in the home of a handicapped gentleman. He replaced some drain pipes, shower head and drain plug.
Tub plug doesn't work, faucet leaks and tub still isn't 100% useable. Would not recommend

Called on a Monday to schedule service. We scheduled Thursday estimated time between 3-6pm. He said we would be his last appointment . Made arrangements to get off work for the day. Waited until 630 to call I thought maybe the last job ran over. Called left message. Never got a call back and they never showed up. We have three children in our home and needed our plumbing fixed. I do not recommend this company to anyone!! A simple phone call would have been nice. I could have been looking for a reliable plumber instead of waiting on someone who is a no call no show!! The only reason why I went to call this one was the great reviews. I’m not Normally a person to post reviews but I wouldn’t want another family to go through the same thing we went through.
