McDonald's

Only bad thing is you have to use the kiosk to place your order and pay. They were very busy but cranked out the food quickly. My burger and fries were hot and yummy. The manager could not have been any nicer. Great experience for an airport restaurant!

There were no seats and the manager was on break with another staff member. They immediately got up and offered us their seats!!!

I was absolutely in shock but both my kids were so appreciative and kept saying thank you!

Given the amount of traffic flowing in and out, they managed to keep up with the flow and get out all the orders. Only had to wait about 3 to 4 minutes for our order during the rush.

The ordering kiosk did not print receipt after placing the order. Andrea took the details of the order, made sure order was placed, worked with the manager Chuck and served the hot and nice breakfast to the table. She was smiling, friendly and courteous. She made our day. Thanks.

I actually really like the McDonald's at DTW, because unlike most airport McDonald's, the price hike isn't that bad. Probably due to the reasonable pricing, the line tends to be quite long, no matter what hour of the day it is. Once you do get your order placed, the food service speed is very reasonable. Another highlight of this airport McDonald's is that the fountain drink is self-serve, like a normal McDonald's. That means unlimited refills unlike some airport locations that doesn't allow refills. The seating area is small, but the workers seems to always keep the area tidy whenever I've stopped through. Really one of the best airport McDonald's in the country.

When I say my order was ready within 30 seconds of me pressing submit (egg McMuffin & coffee) I really mean it. Whoever is running the ship here is nailing it, I’m impressed

Can somebody please explain why this is the consistently best testing McDonalds i’ve had in this nation?

Would like to thank two young ladies for recent assistance at airport McDonalds food service. Alyssa and Lauryn were excellent with the order process, also kind, accurate, & attentive. Heavy customer traffic and the team worked well together. Date of service April 16 morning. Thanks to manager for training responsibilities and rest of staff for quick, efficient service on a busy morning.

It was surprisingly the best McDonald store I have been so far! The service was excelente. Everyone was friendly and my food was ready so fast!

The girl taking orders by herself on two separate registers was outstanding. There was a rush at 6:45am and she was nailing it. The folks in the back were getting food out fast. They have a great system going here.

Amazing. They forgot to charge me for milk, so.when I picked up the order, obviously there was no milk. Since they knew I ordered milk, a person from there actually chased me down 2 stores away and brought me milk. Way up and beyond any expectations and set a new bar for customer service. Phenomenal customer service!

Lightning fast. At 8:45 AM it took probably two minutes from me getting in a line of 10 people to having a McMuffin in my hand. Very impressive during Covid.

I'm here on a Monday morning, 730 in the morning. There was a line of 10 people ahead of me, yet I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, service was good along with the food.

Their staff is so helpful and fast.

Didn’t even visit but needed a restroom and they directed me to one super freaking awesome

I had my food number being called before I even had my receipt! Holy smokes that was fast!

Fastest service for any McDonald's I always can get in and out of this place. Love it.
