Tykes Carpet Castle

Tykes Carpet was great to work with and they have great pricing. They aren’t pushy to buy anything which was nice. The crew they had come install the carpet was in and out within an hour and did a great job. (3 man crew for 2 bedrooms and a living room) I was in communication with multiple people at Tykes and they were always friendly and helpful. They seemed very organize and knowledgeable. We love the new carpet, thanks Tykes!

Couldn't be happier! I started with simply the living room, went back and changed the plan to additionally add all three upstairs rooms to the plan. They were able to coordinate my color scheme during a tour of available products in house, as well as inform me that they could get in additional products as well. The previous homeowners left the subfloor a complete wreck and Tykes has a product incomparable to any other for repairing and removing harmful damage to subfloors from pets, previous flooring and odor. Very helpful, understanding, patient and kind team members. Their installers have excellent communication and progress updates. If you’re in a foreseeable remodel or simply swapping existing flooring this is the place to go. Very considerate staff.

Bryson is a very knowledgeable young man!! We were told that they were extremely expensive, but we stopped by anyway, just to see what they had for flooring colors. We purchased all of our flooring through them as they were much cheaper than Menards & Home Depot!! And they have better quality flooring, in my opinion!! We'll check there every time now!!

Travis and Bryson have been friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions about their company services, as well as about carpet and flooring. Whether it's answering the phone when I call or returning my calls, they reflect Tykes' genuine customer service attitude.

I would give the store a 10 out of 10. Initially I contacted the owner's son Bryson. He was knowledgeable of his product prompt and you could tell genuinely that he enjoyed what he was doing. the next day we went and bought a piece of carpet from him with my fiance both of us were genuinely impressed. the price was fair and he had a machine to do the binding of the carpet.I went to pick it up today and it looks fantastic! They are the best, helpful, knowledgeable and really competitive. Don't be fooled by the prototype perpetual 11% off. Whether you are looking for a couple hundred square feet or a thousand, they treat you like you are their only customer.
