John was awesome to work with. I bought my hot tub used elsewhere but needed chemicals. He walked me through the whole process, gave suggestions, and let me know to call with any issues or questions. Would recommend him any day!

Great experience working with Jon and the staff at Midnight Sun! We have been wanting a hot-tub at our cabin for years but were unsure how it would hold up outside in the elements. We decided we needed an enclosure around the tub to protect it from tree debris and the occupants from bugs. We searched suppliers in the Brainerd lakes area and the Google reviews for Midnight Sun were excellent! The very first trip to Midnight Sun, we saw an assembled gazebo outside the store that was very close to what we envisioned. Jon greeted us inside, and in about a half hour's time we chose our perfect hot tub. Jon provided several options for gazebo's that they sell and assemble. After reviewing our location, we chose a Visscher 14x14 Resort gazebo to surround our new Jacuzzi J-385.   Midnight Sun recommended a fantastic electrical contractor (Adam at First Light Electric). Once our slab and electrical was ready, Midnight Sun staff completed the installation of the Hot Tub and Gazebo in one day and we were enjoying the hot tub that evening. Jon and Midnight Sun have continued to be very responsive to our questions about ongoing maintenance as this is our first hot tub. We highly recommend Midnight Sun for an excellent experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience with sales. We purchased a replacement for a hot tub that broke and provided no service. The lesson is to buy locally (Brainerd for us) at a reputable dealer. Service after the purchase is our number one concern. Delivery was excellent. Thank you Travis for all your help.

Midnight Sun team is fantastic - very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We purchased J-435 model and love it. It is good size including a lounger and the therapy jets. Hot tub was deliver within 5 days of purchase, the team set it up and it was ready for a soak that night. We have been enjoying it every day. I purchased my hot tub months ago. The snow cleared from my new outdoor slab so I called for delivery. Expecting a 2 week wait but was pleasantly surprised to be offered next day delivery - free. Two pleasant young men arrived just as promised, they helped me chose best position installed the cover and then went over every detail of use and maintenance. They were very knowledgeable and good instructors.
I couldn’t be happier from sales to delivery.

These guys are awesome! We have had some issues with our hot tub we bought preowned from Facebook marketplace. They have walked us through troubleshooting when they didn’t have to but went out of their way for us. Cant say thank you enough, seriously would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a spa, chemicals or repairs/maintenance. Thank you!

Travis was able to guide me in making a small adjustment to get our sauna stove back up and running. I was expecting to pay for a part in the hopes I could install it myself, but he coached me through the repair in short order. I was very pleased with their service after the sale.

First off let me say we did not purchase out Jacuzzi spa from them, however they have been more than helpful. The tub had a psi switch that was going bad and they were able to sell me the needed parts to repair the the problem that was causing the heater to shut down. The dealer we purchased it from was more than happy to come out in 2-3 weeks ( by then it would have been a block of ice) charging several hundred dollars to fix a warranty issue. Thanks Travis for your help. We will be back for all our needs.

Purchased a Jacuzzi spa from Midnight Sun in Brainerd. It’s been a very good experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all her questions upfront. Installation and set up was smooth. The guys were careful to do a good job with the set up, and explained everything thoroughly. We simply love our new hot tub!

John was amazing before and after the delivery of our new hot tub - answering all our questions and fulfilling all of our needs! The delivery teams was also great in making sure we were fully set up before they left! Cannot recommend getting a hot tub from this place enough! They truly understand customer service and really have affordable prices for their tubs!

Great service, quick turn around times. The young guys who set everything up were quick and very knowledgeable. They set up in pouring, freezing rain with no complaints and smiles. Looking forward to working with them for the lifetime of my hot tub and wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

First and foremost, the showroom is attractive and spas and saunas are spotless and well displayed. The sales people are courteous and very personable and knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a Nordic spa and am extremely pleased with it. The Nordic is quite appropriate as I am 100% Norwegian. How great is that! The selection of spas is phenomenal, but no pressure on which to buy. Patient salespeople and it's the buyers choice as to purchase. They have a great selection of products necessary for maintenance. The installation and take away was performed with great care and perfection. Scott and his crew of two were phenomenal and just plainly enjoyable to be around.

No worries buying a Jacuzzi hot tub from John and company! From sales to set up and then some reassuring advice after it all was said and done made it a great experience. Midnight sun will go out of their way to always answer your questions and follow up afterwards. They know how much you want the hot tub and make it happen as soon as possible. We had been to a few other dealers in the area, but Midnight sun far out weighted the positives in what we wanted in a hot tub. We bought a jacuzzi band. The salesan, Travis even filled up the hot tub I wanted, let me come in the next day in the morning at 8:00 before they opened at 9:00 and try it out
So glad I did. It was perfect
Power of jets. Settings you could do, the water therapy the size the comfort of each seat and the lay down set. How amazing is that

John at Midnight Sun was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we bought the perfect hot tub that met our needs. He didn’t push us into a more expensive hot tub and was up front and matched us with the perfect Jacuzzi tub. John also is accessible and continues to ship chemicals to our house in Shakopee when more are needed.

This business goes above and beyond the expectation of great customer service! John Ball and staff recently helped me out with an issue that technically was not their responsibility. However, I called Midnight out of the blue in desperation and frustration and explained my problem with our jacuzzi and the lack of help from our own jacuzzi dealer. John listened, offered advice and helped problem solve. Great communication! Our issue was unusual, but John located the correct part and mailed it to us. Delivery arrived no problem. All this occurred over the course of about four weeks. Midnight did not forget about us and followed through with everything John offered to do. If you are thinking of buying a hot tub PLEASE do not consider buying through a company that mass sells them at an event or one that offers a deal too good to be true. I wish I knew about Midnight before buying our Jacuzzi! They are A+++! Thank you John Ball and staff!!

Midnight Sun Pools N' Spas is an exceptional dealer!! The entire experience was amazing from the very beginning! The owner, Phil, assisted in our spa selection tailored to exactly what we were looking for in a spa. He put the package together which included everything to enhance our spa experience. The install was seamless and Travis provided exceptional delivery and set up. The only thing we had to do was wait for the water to heat up so we could JUMP in!! Travis even did the chemical set up so all we had to do was enjoy!! The Jacuzzi spa we purchased is absolutely gorgeous and our favorite spa yet!! There is nothing more relaxing then slipping into this beautiful spa after a long day at the office. The jets are powerful, the amenities of the Jacuzzi spa are absolutely amazing and lend to the most wonderful soothing experience with the waterfall, lights and comfortable varying positions within the spa. This is the 3rd hot tub we have owned and our first from Midnight Sun Pool & Spas.
