Birdi

This pharmacy has made my experience getting my prescriptions filled so much easier. My medication is often on back order or not available through other pharmacies and often requires me to call around to different pharmacies, the doctor and the insurance company. Birdi has made it much easier to fill my scripts and the customer service is amazing at reaching out to me if there are any problems. The only delay that I have ever encountered is if my meds are not in stock, but they keep me informed along the way and let me know if I need to find alternatives while I’m waiting. I would definitely recommend!

I have always been impressed by by Birdi's rapid and efficient service, and I was especially grateful for it when an order didn't reach me (probably stolen from the porch). I was concerned. because I was very low on some of the meds. I contacted Birdi, and they managed to ship all three prescription the same day I contacted them, and they were received within two days. Thank you, Birdie!

I switched to Birdi (Novixus formerly) several years ago due to supply line issues with my local pharmacy. It took just a few minutes to set up my preferences concerning notifications and inform my doctor who I was using, and it has been smooth sailing since. The pricing is good, the delivery from 700 miles away is quite good, the web site to view my prescriptions is intuitive to use, and the options to manage my service is first rate. 95% of the time I only have to spend a few minutes to order, cancel, or review my choices; whenever I actually called them the conversation was quick, easy, and productive. I would never go back to a local provider unless I had a drug that I needed “right now” situation. Birdi is overall a great and competent provider!

I’m so happy that my insurance plan switched to this pharmacy..they are sooo much better than express scripts (which definitely isn’t express). I would have so many issues with express scripts and Birdi pharmacy is so much more efficient. I can manage my prescription online and when I do call them, I always speak with someone who knows what they’re doing and don’t go around in circles for hours. So much wasted time with “express scripts.”

I just called to refill several prescriptions and talked with a 100% jerk. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Update... I was going to transfer my prescriptions after this incident but the nicest Manager took over and restored my faith in this Pharmacy. I just hope I never have to deal with the jerk again from my first call.

So far I have been happy with them. When I needed a refill they contacted my doctor quickly. I do pay extra for expedited delivery so I'm not sure how fast they are with regular delivery. It does come right to my door. Their prices - at least for my medicines are cheaper than my local drugstore with my insurance. The website is pretty easy to use.

I’ve been using this mail order pharmacy for several years. They are wonderful. Things get sent as soon as ordered. Have never had an issue. I have a number of medications and they never disappoint. I love how they call me when I have a script I can renew.

I am very happy with this service. I get a voicemail when I need to refill a prescription, and the staff who answer the phone are consistently courteous and helpful. I appreciate the three month supply of medicine, and they are delivered very promptly, except for a time last December when the mail system was overburdened and all my mail arrived slowly.

I have had good customer service from Novixus pharmacy. If there any problems with a prescription they fix it right away. I am just glad I don't have to deal with Walmart's pharmacy anymore.

These people have been so nice to me and all I have to do is call if I need a prescription filled. It is done quickly and I receive it within 2 days.

This company has been taking care of my meds for a long time. Very happy with company! They are super about reminders! Never have had an issue!
