I recently got married at Cafe Cortina and used the flower alley as my florist. They truly made this venue come to life!! I was hesitant to get a florist on my wedding day due to the fact it can get pricey quickly but it was so worth every penny!! So many of my wedding guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and that the decor/ flowers were stunning. They were also one of my favorite vendors that we had on our wedding day. Kaila is so passionate and creative and knew exactly what my vision was and made it come to life!

Literally ordered the flowers three hours ago and they have already been received. Exceptionally beautiful bouquet-exactly the unique, fall look I wanted. Thank you for the great customer service!

I ordered flowers via phone for the first time with this florist and everything they shared with me shined brightly in the floral bouquet they sent to my co-worker! I was skeptical to order an arrangement I did not see a sample of, but the owner's daughter helped put my mind at ease. Awesome customer service and I will be a returning customer! We highly recommend using The Flower Alley for your special event. We hired them for our June wedding and were more than happy with their services and flowers they provided. They were prompt, professional and friendly. We ordered boutonnieres, bouquets, centerpieces & a sweet heart table arrangement. They delivered the flowers to multiple locations and made sure all of the centerpieces were setup beautifully. I ordered a matching boutonnière and corsage and two flower rings. Everything was amazing. Great experience ordering and the products were beautiful. I have purchased a lot of corsages over the last few years and these arrangements were so much nicer than anything else I have bought. The girls had so many complements on their flower rings! Overall great experience and we will definitely use The Flower Alley again!

Wow. Just wow. Kaila did the flowers for my wedding in May of 2021. She was basically given freedom to produce whatever she wanted as my only request was colorful. She did not disappoint. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I could not stop taking pictures of my bouquet when it arrived. The floral arch she created was the stuff of dreams. I am so glad we chose The Flower Alley.

Can't say enuf great things about the BEAUTIFUL bday floral arrangement u sent my best friend. She was absolutely overjoyed with how large and stunning it was! Called me the minute she rcvd them. Sarah worked with me on adding more volume to the original arrangement.... and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! Not just u'r ordinary, everyday type of flowers either.... a wonderful assortment! This was my first order placed.... but definitely will not b my last!! Great job!!!❤

If you are looking for a very personalized gift for someone...Flower Alley should be your first call. My family ordered all my favorite things for my 81 birthday...flowers, chocolate, lavender candle, shortbread, unique teas, cheese, crackers, jelly and so much more. These were not your usual items either...they were absolutely top line. LOVED everything!!!!

I have been using the Flower Alley since I stumbled across them 4 years ago. They NEVER disappoint with what their arrangements look like online vs in person. In fact, their online photos don't do their arrangements justice.

How do you thank someone that made your wedding day the most special day of your life. Working with Kaila and her team to create a flower-filled design inside a Hotel banquet room was such a tall order I had envisioned for my wedding day, and it over exceeded my expectations. Having Kaila be our Day of Coordinator was the best decision we could of made, she was already so involved with the wedding design, the flow of events, and the friend I needed for such a busy time in the wedding planning process. I live out of state but wanted to send my friend in Novi a birthday arrangement. I called The Flower Alley directly, as I have had disappointment with other online services. The people at The Flower Alley were so helpful with selection and setting up the delivery when I needed it. My friend was so pleased and told me the arrangement looked and smelled beautiful. Kaila and her family were truly a joy to work with. They are genuinely in love with their craft, and it truly shows through in their work. Even when we had to delay our wedding due to COVID, Kaila was so helpful and accommodating. When she delivered the bouquets to my house on the day of the wedding, all of my bridesmaids couldn’t get over how gorgeous the arrangements were and how incredibly passionate Kaila was as she went through all the pieces. I received so many compliments on the floral arrangements at the reception and everyone was so impressed with the fruits included on our head table! Kaila nailed the fall moody vibes we were looking for, and I cannot recommend her and her family enough!

Wanted to purchase some extravagant flowers for a surprise entrance to my fiancee's bridal shower and they delivered. I was somewhat unsure of exactly what I wanted but told them roses with some pink. They said roses with blush undertones, we got you. Customer service was excellent. They also have an excellent candle selection. Will definitely be headed back for future purchases.

I came to The Flower Alley to get flowers for a personal branding photo session and I would give them 10 stars if I could! Everyone who works there is so warm and friendly. They helped me pick out and arrange the most gorgeous flowers that perfectly fit for the photo session. Prices were extremely reasonable and I got to check out their beauty boutique style consultation room where they help guests choose arrangements for events. It’s obvious that they put so much heart into what they do! They’re such an amazing group of women and their flowers are seriously such good quality, I’ll definitely be coming back, despite the 40 minute drive from where I live.

Great stop for Valentine’s Day (and any other special occasion)! Not only do they have beautiful flowers, but a ton of other treats and gifts as well. A one stop shop! The staff is super helpful and always go the extra mile to send you home with something truly special.
