AT&T Store

We went to the AT&T Store on Novi Road in Novi today. We had several items of business to take care of, none of which involved a new phone (they're paid on commission). The three gentlemen there were fantastic at assisting us with all our needs - took about an hour. They were friendly, patient and very kind. A big shout out to Devin, Brad, and I'm sorry the name escapes me - but you all were wonderful - THANK YOU!!!

WOW!! Tell me about Customer Service!! I had the best yesterday at AT&T Novi Town Center. As I recently arrived in the US, it's difficult to get things because of a non-existent credit history but Travis and the Team went beyond the extra mile and helped me out to get a great deal!! Strongly recommend them. Completely opposite to the pathetic service I received minutes before from their competitor across the road.

A guy named Ryhan looked at my phone told him I couldn’t keep a charger in he saw a piece of metal he was able to remove it saving me a trip to the mall it’s charging fine he took his time and I surely appreciated not having to send it out. Thanks again. I’ve been going to this location it’s always been the best

The team at Novi store went above and beyond my expectations. They provided products, advice and support that improved my life. And I walked out spending a lot less than I expected. You should drop in the store and talk to them.

Just left your Novi MI store to try to solve a 4 week problem on my cell phone. Brad solved this problem for me and I HIGHLY recommend him as a problem solver and an all around good guy. What took me 4 weeks + numerous hours on the phone this took him 15 minutes to do....he was SO knowledgeable! Thanks Brad!

I was recently in your store and Brad was exceptional with his close attention to detail and very informative with all the questions I had. It is nice to know there are still people who take the time and not rush you out the door. I was very pleased how courteous and knowledgeable he was. The best Phone Carrier Store Location I've dealt with over the years. ROB St. Charles is the Sales Consultant you want to talk too. He has helped me switch easy from Verizon to AT&T with no problems at all. Any questions I can call the store and he helps with a breeze. This guy should definitely get a Employee of the year award. Not to mention A Star Wars Medallion. Seriously tho, I can't believe the service I've had with AT&T and the help from this location. I'll be bringing my finance over to this carrier and look forward to a continued service with them. Thank you so much again for taking the stress of switching carriers out of the fraction.

Jake and Zach provide top notch customer service. These guys are the most patient and understanding support individuals I’ve met.

Devin and Jackson were so helpful and friendly! They solved all of my problem quickly and were patient with me even though it was close to closing time.

Great experience at this location. I visited here with my wife and we just needed to grab a charger, Lyniah was extremely helpful offered to show me the new Samsung phones. She talked me into upgrading and showed me how to use my new phone. She is such a pleasure and will be back to visit her for my wife's phone.

Sam met us at the door and did an excellent job listening to my and my father's needs, setting up his first smartphone. He answered all our questions and set up the monthly call plan based on our unique life situations. I highly recommend this store and this salesperson to new and long-term AT&T customers.

Ashley was fantastic, she resolved an issue that I've had for a year!!!! She was very professional and kind. She researched my concerns step by step until she figured out the problem and best way to resolve it. I'm more than grateful to have received such a courteous professional experience. My experience today was amazing. Your representative Brad ported 2 cellphone numbers. It was not an easy process, but he made it look easy. Now 2 hours later, all is complete and working great. This senior lady is very, very thankful for his patience and expertise.

Had an amazing experience at this location. The sales rep were welcoming and excited to help me. The store manager was great also and assisted the reps when needed. Will definitely be visiting this location again and providing referrals .

I've been going to the Novi location for several years and will continue to do so. Normally I work with Rob S but everyone is friendly there. Customers are greeted when they walk in the door! Rob is very knowledable. He gets what you are trying/wanting to do and has a solution. Technology can be overhelming, it is a great comfort to know you are going to the right place.
