Fleet Feet- Running Fit, Northville

Had a great experience here. They scanned my feet and gave me some options that would give me the most comfort during long shifts at work. The staff was patient and very knowledgeable. I chose a different color that wasn’t in store and they shipped very fast. Highly recommend!

We went to Fleet Feet for our Track Team’s team day to shop mew training shoes. Despite the store being rather busy at the time, we were taken care of promptly. My daughter’s feet were measured and shoes recommended. The sales associates listened to her feedback and we eventually walked away with a product that we believe to be the best fit for her training sessions. Everybody was super friendly and we felt that our questions were answered appropriately.

We went in to get my daughter fitted for new running shoes. The salesman was knowledgeable, patient, and kind in explaining the differences in shoes to us. My daughter found a great pair of shoes.

The foot scanner is amazing! Gave me a large variety of options to try on based on my foot type before I purchased. Unbelievable how much better these recommended shoes feel compared to anything else I’ve worn in the past. Worth every penny

Fantastic experience. Gavin at the northville store was pleasant, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. I told him the brand I wanted (hoka) and my needs. He measured my feet, brought out 2 styles that fit my requirements, and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a pair of Clifton 9’s. I highly recommend this store and particularly Gavin if you’re in the market for new shoes ~ especially if you need some guidance.

I have been running for about 1 year now religiously, and Saturday was my first time going to a running store. The store was very clean and welcoming, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The selection is great, and they were able to pick the perfect shoe for my running plans. I went with the Brooks Glycerin 20's and so far (about 10 miles in) I LOVE THEM. They are super light, and springy, AND cushy. Thanks for having such a wonderful store and staff! I'll be back for sure.

I went into Fleet Feet unsure of what to expect having had bad experiences at other shoe stores. I've had problems with my feet since I could remember and recently the pain had become intolerable in my worn down running shoes. I was lucky to run into Jonathan. He spent time analyzing my gait and truly showed how much he cared about having me find the right fit. I can not say enough good things about him and i've noticed a difference in my gait already. Thank you Jonathan!!

Very impressed with their customer service at the northville store. The woman that helped me was amazing! I have never been fitted for shoes before. She used their 3D foot scanning technology, to fit and measure the unique shape of my feet to make sure my shoes fit me properly and felt good. Came in for a pair of running shoes & received great help! The staff took the time to make sure they we bringing me the correct type of shoes for my feet & intended activity, then proceeded to bring out many many options to choose from!

Super helpful team! The foot scan is the best! I took my older family member in to get a good pair of walking shoes and the sales person was incredibly kind and patient during the entire process of scanning, trying on shoes, etc. Highly recommend!

I just went here for the first time and the men working at this store were super kind and helpful. They have a computer the measures your feet to help you find your correct size.
