Knowledgeable and respectful employees. Went in for a couple of collectible items, and the employees here helped me out in a way that is unspeakable. I could've hugged them after what they did for me. They know who they are! My dark knight collection grew thanks to their act of kindness.

Mark is a legend. My first experience in a GameStop that wasn’t full of stoners, idiots, or incompetent staff. He was professional, funny, quick with the answers to my questions. He had what I wanted in stock and gave amazing customer service.
Shop here, it is worth it. I come from Howell to shop at his store because of Mark.

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! I went with my little sister and we were helped very quickly and respectfully by Mark. He was such an awesome employee who really knew his stuff as well as was super nice. He helped us find what we needed and more! It was actually a really refreshing experience when it came to service! Highly recommend this store they always have what you need in stock the knowledge and customer service is outstanding. Kyle the assistant manager and Roman the Advisor were excellent very patient and customer friendly the store manager also was very helpful even helped out on his day off helping guide his team.

This gamestop location is by far the best customer service store I've ever been in and that includes any type of store. The gentleman was EXREMELY kind and helpful as this was for my kids and I had no knowledge of any of the games. He ended up saving me money and gave me knowledge about each of the games I purchased. They had a nice used selection as well as used and found some great deals there.

You can see why they earned their Prestige tag. They have fantastic customer service. The place was very organized with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable of video games and can help you pick out a game you might like when you're not sure what to get.

What a great experience, I came in to browse and ending up pre ordering a game, the team is very friendly and don't pressure you into sales. They make you feel welcome.
