Everybody was polite and helpful. Sam our consultant was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and respectful of our needs. He asked us what we are looking for and explained to us the options we have. Let us test drive different vehicles and explained the differences of these vehicles, especially the Blazer EV. After we got our car, he showed us how to charge the car and how to use the features in the car. We are very happy with our experience and service and thank you very much for helping us find our new car! We can’t wait to showcase the cool EV to our friends!

You team did a great job on my car. They were very communicative; informing me of progress every step of the way. Once they found out my repair was going to take at least a week, they offered me a loaner vehicle. This is my first GM purchase and so far I'm very pleased.

Service advisor Eric was very knowledgeable about what had to be done, and took the time to make sure all the supplies were in stock. He also made sure to give me a rough price quote because he knew it was pricey.

My experience was great! Having already a 2020 Chevy Bolt which I have enjoyed from day one, I received a call from Randy Norris about the exceptional lease deals on the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. My wife and I went to look it over and we decided the deal with the trade could not be turned down. Got the Blazer the next day and am so far enjoying the step up in an EV product. Randy did a great job getting me the best lease plan possible.

I worked with Chris who called me before I came into the dealership and told me where he sat. I found him pretty quickly. He asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for, and the color and let me test drive the vehicle. Financing took a little while, but it didn't see too long. After the bank wouldn't budge on the vehicle I wanted, he suggested another vehicle a 2024 Chevy Malibu. My wife and I rode in it and liked it alot. I really like Chris's go getter mentality he did not stop making suggestions. He did a phenomenal job.

It is not fair if I don’t mention my Sales Associate who assisted me with my Blazer EV lease - Viollca and Vivian.. They were Exceptional, very patient and approachable. Provided an outstanding customer experience.

I got there about 9:30a. I did not have an appointment. They took me in right away. I waited in the lounge. It was nice quite, clean, a TV, coffee and snacks! They were done with checking my car and oil change in less than hour. Excellent customer service!

Eric T. was helping me the entire time. He was very friendly and informative. Rich B. also made sure all my services were done promptly and successfully. They both helped me get quotes for new parts for my Tahoe. Would recommend all my friends and family!

Having Diners, Drive Ins and Dives on TV a plus. Better than Fox News and CNN.
Oil change completed promptly in 30 ish minutes. Great.
If my car had been returned washed, it would have been perfect. Oh well.

I was so let down by another Chevy after spending 6 hrs there. I came to Feldman I was on the road with my new car in an hr and they SAVED me money! I’m so pleased with their customer service. Viollca was absolutely amazing. She reassured me that they would make this happen and I just appreciated the honesty and respect everyone there had to show. I was greeted at the entrance by a young man opening the door for us. Its was a sales rep, Ryan Plate. It was very clean inside, and comfortable. Ryan showed me the Blazer SUV and that was it. Drove away in a white one, after dealing with a very nice guy. Go see him at Feldman Chevrolet, over in Novi.

This dealership service department was a life saver for me today, particularly Eric in the service department. We were in Novi for a weekend trip on a very snowy day, when my windshields stopped working. I called the Chevy dealer and Eric was able to get me in right away and take care of a recall issue. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and truly saved my weekend.

Kal Dabbish was the salesman who helped me through the process of getting me into the vehicle I wanted and he made the whole process easy and was very helpful. He even reached out to me in the following days and week to make sure everything was good and that I was happy with my vehicle. Would definitely recommend seeing him for any vehicle needs.

Do not let the bad reviews scare you away, for Mark Murray hands down, deserves a raise, my husband and I never had, professional, courteous, fast service. We were down the street for 8 years at Sellers, until they were bought out by Fox Buick. Thanks to Mark, we will be leasing our vehicles here. Our teen daughter can't wait to get a lease car here when she starts college in a few years. We will be loyal customers, and all of this was done walking in the door, and leaving with a new lease car in 2 hours. We traded in 22 Encore GX Buick and left with a better car 24 Equinox and our German Shephard approves she now has room for car rides and hikes. My teen gets to plug in her phone and listen to her music and no longer is crowded with our big dog. Thanks again for everything.

Friendly, fast, efficient. My service advisor Eric Tippett was excellent. Made sure I got my service discounts and helped me with the rebates. Provided professional recommendations about what to do about future service without being pushy. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Beverages and snack were provided. Got out with Oil Change and tire rotation in less than 1 hour.
