Loves Furniture & Mattresses

I had the pleasure of being helped by Tony, who handles sales on the floor and the experience was excellent. I found the merchandise I sought and the showroom floor looks great and easy to navigate through. The staff did a wonderful and professional job in terms of answering the questions I raised during my shopping experience, and they even deliver in a very short period of time. I enjoyed the sales experience because it had a personal touch that sought a very favorable outcome for the consumer. This is the way furniture stores should operate. A dose of integrity and kindness is much appreciated.

Came in yesterday with my husband and toddler son. Was greeted by John, and I appreciated that he asked us if we wanted help, or if we wanted to browse ourselves. I chose the second option. He was available when I had questions, but gave us space. We ended up buying a sectional, recliner, and wall decor. John was friendly & helpful, but never pushy. Had a question today, called the store, and was assisted by Dan. Also very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my furniture soon. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by Steve right in the door and he stayed with us, yet have us our own space to look and shop. We got a great deal on a sofa, ottoman, and a set of lamps. Left feeling like we got good service snd a good deal!

I've been looking for furniture for over a month, and it's been a nightmare. Love's was a breath of fresh air, without someone constantly over my shoulder listening to everything I discuss with my husband, and price points for every budget. I am so happy with our experience.

Our first visit to Loves Furniture was very good. We were served by Derris the salesman and he explained everything there was to know about the chair we bought. The service was great and the quality of the chair is great.

Deon helped us get a bed set. He was very transparent and up front with us from the start. Definitely never had a sense of being overwhelmed by salesmen.
