My mother has bought from this store getting several household items such as a couch, kitchen table set, and a fridge & Stove set, on several different occasions. Each time she said it was a great experience and she highly recommended them. I decided to give them a try after her great reviews and I was just as happy as she was! The customer service is amazing and shopping and purchasing a breeze. You can tell that the store manager John really cares about his customers and their experience. I HIGHLY recommend shopping at the Saginaw store and they will make sure all your household needs are met! I will definitely be a return customer just as my mom is!

My family and I purchased a three piece set of living room furniture. There was some issues and I had to warranty the furniture out with the warranty I had purchased 1.5 years ago.
I thought I was going to have issues with the warranty BUT I was pleasantly surprised! I had the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing or warranting an item out. Rachel and Trey made my experience the best and helped my family and I get into a great piece of furniture for our home! We will be back in the futrure!

I purchased a sectional in February of 2022, the couch broke down soon after. I purchased the warranty however, it was not explained to me in detail at the time of purchase on how to file a claim.

Long story short, my claim was denied from the warranty company so I reached out to Rachel, the store manager, and she had my issue resolved within two days. She is absolutely the best! She made sure my issue was resolved and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer.

What started out bad turned into something great! She is an awesome person and should be recognized for such!

Everything in the store is nice. The prices are good. Management is really helpful and gave us a deal on a King mattress. Definitely recommend!

Never been to the store they had alot of couches to choose from Kerry was really helpful on finding our couch thank you guys a bunches will be seeing u soon for my kitchen table.
