Mike and his team have always done an excellent job on floor installations for me over the past 15 years, from doing huge projects on the business to flooring my personal home, they do great work !
I appreciate the detail and attention they give with each project, they are a top notch team with pricing that always seems to come way under the normal estimates given. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I’m a first time homeowner and when I say they did an amazing job in my guest bedroom! Quick and personable. I asked him to measure others areas I wanted he didn’t complain, and even did the others rooms in my house now they are about the do the rest of my house to make it complete! Thanks guys! I am BEYOND pleased with my experience I had working with Floor Trader August 2021!! I am a first time home owner and i was desperately in need of a carpet install before my moving day August 22nd… After placing a order with Home Depot early August expecting it be installed in time I realized I had been let down and was not expected to receive my carpet until the end of September. I called Floor Trader and I was able to work with Mike. There was so many carpets in store to choose from and I was able to find the grey I was imagining for my new home. Mike was able to give me a few deals on the carpet and padding. He also was able to get me an install for 2 days later!!!! Steve was my installer and he knocked out my entire job in 4 hours! Definitely will be visiting again for any of my future flooring needs!!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Mike Towne made an unfortunate accident in our house into a memorable and wonderful experience by providing the utmost top notch customer service. Not only did Mike recommend and give us an amazing deal on quality flooring that is beautiful… he also put us in touch with flooring installer Mark who also was incredibly efficient and timely. The professionalism Mark and Mike showed has led me to recommending them both to colleagues and family. Mike went above and beyond by even steering me in the direction of other contractors who I needed for our house reconstruction.

Mike T., the Store Manager, has been awesome to work with! He's very knowledgeable about flooring and was very helpful when making our carpet choice. We'll be returning in a few months to order additional carpet from Mike. Also, the installers were very good! I look forward to having Jerry (and his brother) back to install the carpet we purchase later this summer. With over 40 years of installation experience, they know what they're doing!

I highly recommend floor traders. Mike, Brian, Bobby, Marty are a well coordinated team. From the minute I walked through the door, Mike and Brian helped me along the way making the correct decision on what carpet to buy. Bobby and Marty installed the carpet on their day off!I love my carpet and recommend this company and this team highly.

Again and again always very pleased with the service and professionalism at Floor Trader. Last minute deal to change carpet in house before moving in. Got to store half hour before closing as I have installer hired for 9:00am next morning. They helped me get carpet and pad which took longer than store open hours. Very thankful for the expertise and helpfulness. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Thanks again!!

Went to The Floor Trader about new carpet for our 3 bedrooms. Bob was very knowledgeable in helping us to pick out the right carpet for us. A week later our project is complete and beautiful. So happy we went with them. Very fair price as well. The installers were great also. They had a large job before us but we were treated like it was their first of the day. They did a beautiful job and were very nice, professional and respectful of our home. Wouldn’t hesitate going to The Floor Trader again in the future. Thanks so much. We love our new carpeting.

My experience at Floor Trader was as expected. I have purchased flooring from them several times & could not be happier. My salesman Mike went above and beyond to find & match my existing laminate. A mission I thought to be impossible! The installation however was going to be difficult to say the least. My installer Bob had to tear out a portion of my existing laminate flooring & weave in the new laminate flooring for a flawless finish. I could not believe the finished product!! No one can tell where the old laminate ends & the new begins (including myself). I would highly recommend them to my friends & colleagues. THANK YOU MIKE, BOB & SPENCER!🤗

Highly Recommend this place coming from a sales background Bob is Very Honest and will give you the best price upfront for the Products. Was looking for tile and didn't realize they don't sell it. The store manager was more than kind and directed me to Beaver Tile and I found exactly what I was looking for. We were looking for rolled vinyl flooring. Unfortunately they had limited stock. Salesman gave us a great tip on where to find what we were looking for. We have purchased several types of flooring from them over the years. Always super friendly salesmen and great prices.

My husband and I have used Floor Trader on three different occasions. Each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offered. Very professional and courteous. We will continue to use them for our flooring needs.

Just ordered carpet with Mike and he was very knowledgeable, great customer service, not to mention we just saved about $500 instead of going to a big box store!!! Look forward to coming to them for all our flooring needs in the future!

The Floor Trader has a great selection of all types of flooring. I love my hard wood floors from there. The staff was very friendly and I definitely recommend The Floor Trader for any type of flooring you need. I will be going back soon to purchase the carpet for my bedroom.

These guys were great! I found a remnant that would work for the living room and after that was installed and looked so good, I went back to get the same for the stairway and 2nd floor hallway. Great flooring, great install, great price, great experience!!!

Bob was great to work with and the installer was very efficient and did a quality install. They also saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me a higher quality floor than the other quote I received. Highly recommend.
