My wife and I have purchased many sweaters from this store. They have quality made apparel. I love their wool sweaters and they have become the go to gift for Christmases and anniversaries. The staff is very friendly. I will continue to buy from them as the bank account allows.

My brother (from Ohio) & I were curious about the name of your store. We went in & were greeted with live Irish music & a staff person handing out beads with encouragement to sign up for a drawing for a sweater. I was astounded when they called my name as the winner! The sweater I chose is just beautiful! Not only is it a lovely color with typical Irish cable knit design but it's a soft merino wool, warm, cozy & very stylish!! I was blessed with the luck of the Irish! Do check out this classic store. It's one of a kind! I'm so grateful for their generosity in allowing a customer to have the pick of the store! We visited your store in the fall of 2022, my husband and I bought 2 sweaters and a hat, we absolutely love them. So many people complement us when we wear them. We have window shopped here for years, woeful to spend so much money, but always admiring the quality and beauty of the Aran sweaters and wonder of the Irish gifts available. Fantastic customer service led us to purchasing two sweaters this year! We were delighted to discover that there are additional benefits to being a Perks Club member to the discount provided, so we know we'll be back! For those curious, the prices are amazing compared to ordering direct, with no shipping included!

This store was amazing, I normally don’t like to shop but my wife made me. I bought a wool sweater and a cap. Loved it so much I went back and bought 2 more sweaters and 2 more caps. Good quality clothing, nice selection and very friendly staff.

Great place to shop for a wool sweater... good selection of sweaters and other Irish types of clothing. Friendly service. Prices are a bit high, but match the quality of the items for sale. I really recommend this store for quality clothing with an Irish flare.

Totally not what I expected! All Celtic style clothes and lots of Guinness items. The salesman was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting info to share. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Coming from an Irish lineage, as some may notice my name strongly suggests, I really enjoyed browsing and shopping hundreds of varying types of merchandise. Not only is the authenticity apparent, but with that comes a great level of quality you can see and feel. Not just that, upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by a staff member. You can feel the genuine caring nature from their staff towards their customers as they are always quick to answer a question or provide assistance, but yet never once was I bombarded with a pushy sales pitch or upsell attempt.

They have a great selection of apparel and collectibles, some of which I haven't seen since I was in Ireland. The customer service is fantastic, and even when I did have to return an item it was quick and easy. I highly recommend this store.

We were on vacation from Arizona visiting our daughter. She took us to Frankenmuth. I saw your shop and the name intrigued me. I went in and immediately was so excited and happy to see Irish wares. Your shop has a great variety of items and it was wonderful looking at various things. I found a Guinness Tam hat for my husband. He tried it on and we were pleasantly surprised that it fit him as his head is larger. He said it felt very comfortable. Also purchased a Guinness spoon for him.

Been frequenting Zehnder's waterpark and hotel with my kids for years now, they LOVE the whole Chicken Meal experience, and Frankenmuth has that great vibe for shopping and entertainment.

FUNKY SKUNK is an expertly curated (and well-stocked) Irish Store in the RIVER PLACE SHOPS Complex, right in the heart of everything. They purvey excellent merchandise in a price range that suits anyone and everything, from 5 and Dime to 5th Avenue.

I bought my mom a beautiful wool sweater from there several years ago. It still looks great and gets worn practically daily all fall and winter long, every year. The quality is outstanding.

For Irish authenticity, high quality, wide variety, and just plain old good shopping, I would definitely recommend them.

This store is a must visit every time I travel to my favorite Michigan town, Frankenmuth. They have all sorts of clothing, decorations, jewelry and more, featuring the best sweaters you'll ever find. As the grandchild of Irish immigrants, this place simply feels like home when I walk in.

Awesome! New favorite store EVER! Great staff!!! This store reminds me of a store I loved in County Clare, Ireland. Visiting this store made me think I was back in Ireland. You can just see the tint fairies hiding and peeking out behind the beautiful wares!
