Shauna (?spelling) at the Three Rivers store is amazing. Called her from the Portage store about product availability. She was friendly and helpful. She delivered! Customer service like this is unfortunately rare theses days! She is a gem!

Was greeted right away and friendly and fast service and thanks for the help from Virginia Garl-Jent the sales consultant that hooked us up with exactly what we needed and wanted! She made our delivery worry's easy and was so friendly and nice! We will be seeking home Depot from now on with all our appliances 🤗

I had a cabinet refacing project to do at home and wasn't quite sure on where to start. I believe his name was MARK, proved to be such a great help! He is a wood worker in his personal life I came to discover, so the perfect person to show me exactly what I needed to get started on my project. He pointed out that the steel paint scrapper I had picked out on my own could in fact damage the wood and suggested a set of plastic ones that were just as effective and didn't damage my cabinets! He also took his time walking me through the differences between different sanding grids, etc. Great experience and felt super comfortable thanks to Mark!

Have been to a lot of Home Depot in the state. This one has got to be the most helpful, I am always asked by at least 3-4 employees if they can help me. This store is doing it right.

Long version:
Rick (had his name written on his apron in sharpie) was one of the most helpful and kind employees I've ever been helped by, in any store. Ever.
I was directed to him in the plumbing section of the store by an employee at the front of the store.
I explained to him what I was trying to accomplish in my home (turning one of my showers into a dog grooming/bathing area with a hose and soap dispensing nozzle, etc), and that I needed to know what products to buy to make it happen.
He was more than happy to help me find exactly what I needed, explain what and why I needed the items, and even opened them and explained to me exactly how they'll fit together and how they'll work in my home.
He walked with me throughout the store to make sure I received all of the correct items. And before I left, he found me in the store one last time to tell me if I needed anything else, that I should let him know, and he said goodbye.
And of course, when I got home everything went together flawlessly and worked precisely how I described I wanted it to.

I know this may sound expected, but.... It simply isn't anymore. It used to be, but now-a-days this kind of customer service is not the norm. It was a wonderful experience for me, and I will be coming back to this store specifically to see Rick for all of my hardware and home improvement needs.

This is the weirdest Home Depot store layout I’ve ever seen. The store was busy and the aisles felt pretty cramped. However, all of the staff were amazing, and one person actually proactively asked if they could help me! Overall, a really good experience!

Three Rivers Home Depot has the best customer service of any big box store. Buying a washer and dryer here was a breeze. Delivery crew was great too.

I recently ordered a new bathroom vanity from Home Depot. There was a slight issue with the shipping and Home Depot stepped up and help me resolve the issue and then gave me a discount for the trouble.

Because they worked so hard to help me, I then ordered a new washer and dryer and a new living room chair for my new home from them.

I also had an emergency fence repair happen and I was so grateful that all the materials I needed were in stock.

You need it they got it. If they don't got it, They can order it for you.

Excellent experience purchasing appliances with Tyron Peterson. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! It was refreshing to see a young man working hard, and giving 100% with a great attitude!

Superior Customer Service!

We were up in Michigan recently remodeling my dad's bathroom. We made the typical six trips to store to get things as we went so we had a lot of interaction with the staff at the Three Rivers Home Depot. I have never experienced such an awesome culture of customer service and expertise at any home store in my life. Thanks so much for your help and for making our project and shopping so much easier!

Do I ever have to leave I promise I'll be good

We got there 10 minutes to close and they could have been a bit short. However, they were great. They helped us quickly find what we needed and took the time to make sure it was right. Everyone was friendly and we never seemed rushed. We were out with exactly what we needed and the confidence to finish our project that evening.

This is a great place for all your 🏡 repairs, and if there is a special tool that you don't have for the job just rent it @ the Home Depot.

Home Depot was a very good experience. Salesperson Virginia was patient and very knowledgeable.

I had placed an order on line for a 5 gal bucket of kilz paint and a roller. I got there and the 5 gal had been canceled because they didn't have it. They honored the price for 5 gal by substituting 5 1 gal containers.
