Reliable Roofing Roof Repair

We were very pleased with Joe, Craig and the rest of the team at Reliable Roofing and Exteriors. We recently had a new roof installed that included removing two previous layers of shingle. The estimate was very thorough, honest and completely low pressure. Joe described, in detail, how we best address some of the problem areas. Compared to other bids, their project bid was very competitively priced. We were impressed with their wealth of experience in both roofing and construction but a major selling point for us was the in-house ability for RR&E to repair significant damage if required. Unfortunately, some repair was required but Craig and his crew did a great job fixing the damage and preventing future problems. Overall, we felt that everyone working on the project was very conscientious, going out of their way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. If you are in need of a new roof DEFINITELY give RR&E a call. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew for any roofing or exterior project.

We needed a new roof and contacted a few roofing contractors for estimates. Joe from Reliable Roofing sat down with us and explained the whole procedure and showed us samples of the materials they would be using. He also helped us obtain financing with a bank. They put the roof on in two days and cleaned up so good you wouldn't know they had been there. We are very happy with the new roof and very satisfied with the work that Reliable did.

When our roof of 25 years started leaking, we called 6-8 different roofing companies to get estimates. Reliable Roofing & Exteriors, LLC called us back right away to set up an appointment for an estimate. The lady on the phone was polite and friendly, the men who came out to do the estimate were also very professional and knew their business. AND they were the only company that had actual product samples that they left with us so we could decide. The estimates were all over the board, and it came down to RR&E and one other business, but we went with RR&E because of their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the product and the process. , And they had the best guarantee, even better than a most expensive estimate which was 3 times the cost!

Their work crew, even though short handed (only 3 men instead of the 5 they usually had), still finished our job on time! They worked late every day with only 1 short lunch break a day. They were also very professional and polite and knew their job. They covered bushes and windows to prevent damage when stripping off the old roofing, and cleaned up every night before they left. My husband felt sorry for them, working so hard and long, and tried to go out and help with the cleaning up, but they wouldn’t let him. On the last day they went over the yard with a strong magnet to pick up all the nails and even raked around the whole house to get every last little piece of debris! The yard looked better than before they came! The crew boss asked to return on the weekend just to look over their work, and he ended up redoing the seal around the chimney again because he still wasn’t quite satisfied with it after having already redone it. He wanted to make sure it wouldn’t leak, as the chimney was very old and so difficult to get a good seal around it. Well, it has rained more than once since they finished the roof, in fact several times very hard, and no leaks anywhere! I highly recommend Reliable Roofing & Exteriors for your next roofing job!

After getting several quotes we chose Reliable and so glad we did. We needed a whole new roof and gutters. Their quote fell in the average range of not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Our sales rep, Eric was very personable and not pushy in the least, and was honest about how long it would take for them to start the roof (which was about 3 weeks from the day we signed our contract). Craig, the head foreman guy (I think) was also great and made sure all of his guys were on top of everything and meeting the company's expectations. The 1st day there were 7 or 8 guys working. They worked hard from about 8am til 7:30pm. They could of even had our roof done in one day if it wasn't for issues with our roof. 5 of those same guys came back bright and early the next morning and finished the job! They did an awesome job cleaning up too (but you've got to expect to find a couple of nails and loose shingles on the ground). After they were done I was a little disappointed in how the top siding met our garage roof, and a piece of siding was gone in the front that exposed the old trim color. The siding looked worse then before they tore the garage roof off. I addressed these issues with Craig and he was on it! He sent a couple different guys out to cover up the siding and missing siding piece. Everyone we worked with took pride in their work and reputation and it showed by their actions!
The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because when we chose to get the gutters, I didnt know upon signing our agreement that Reliable contracts out to another gutter company and could of possibly saved money by shopping around. The gutter company wasn't as nice as everyone at Reliable Roofing either. All the same, the job got done and feel as though we got our moneys worth!!!
