Great place for home improvement materials and parts. Always well stocked with friendly and helpful employees. Very well lit and clean throughout. Prefer this above any of the other home improvement stores in the local area. Better prices than the competition and the product mix never fails to satisfy. Easy to find whatever I'm looking for with clear signage and helpful displays.

Huge store, friendly staff, could use more lanes open sometimes though.

We have spent tens of thousands of dollars between 8 different Menards, this is one of my preferred locations. It is about an hour from home, so don't often come up here. They generally are one of few that has the items in stock when I need them.

The staff are friendly.
The store is clean and well stocked.
If you know Menards already, you know the rest.

Great stock. Great prices and there is a lot more than you may realize. Many dry goods choices, drinks, and cleaning supplies in bulk.

They were very helpful. I ordered ahead of time and a nice man loaded everything into my truck.

On their their mobile app there is a very convenient ap that allows you to calculate how much landscaping materials you need for each project.

I understand they have basically an exchange policy on paint. But, the customer service from, Tyler, was over and beyond. Instead of just telling me to pick a new color. He took the time to look at all of the samples and the item I was trying to match. He picked out thee perfect color I envisioned and gave me new paint. And, was extremely calm, understanding, kind, helpful, and even had a conversation with me trying to decide with his professional opinion.

Always new bargains and great prices everyday. They have so much stuff. Shop weekly for bargains. 11% off is the best time to make your big purchases. Built a deck last year and got 78.00$ back in rebate cash.

Always have what we need, even things we don't lol & prices are pretty good to.

The hardware desk man was very helpful. He actually walked me to different sections to help me find items on my list. Wonderful service!

Our local Menards had run out of decking boards. The Menards website said the store in Three Rivers had them. With a phone call, the building area, confirmed they had some boards left. Having never been there before, I relied on Menard employees to navigate me through their store locations... All of them were friendly and helpful. After I got to drove into the lumber barn, I realized it was going to take some time locating the proper boards due to the many selections involved. Seeing I was at a loss, an employee, (Isaiah), asked if I needed help. Isaiah helped in every respect of getting the boards I needed.
This Menards store is one of the best Menards I've been in yet. If all of the employees are like Isaiah, then it's got to be one of the finest Menard stores available.
I also have to add that everyone was wearing a face mask in this time of craziness... and thank goodness they are, which is made a lot less crazy by the good people, like Isaiah, who work there. This store is highly recommended.

I needed to get some heavy and long (16') pieces of treated lumber. I was getting these for my brother. I couldn't load them because of an injury. The staff was quick to help me and load the lumber. They did it fast and with a smile.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO GM BRETT, ASSISTANCE MANAGER JAY ! Talk about customer service! Jay came out a restacked a skid of pellets. Replaced broken bag. They are the best !

Chris M. in the garden center helped make our shopping trip so much easier. He approached us quickly as soon as we started loading our mulch. His customer service was great! Getting our monthly cleaning supplies.

We tend to go here often for our plumbing and remodeling supplies. Today was plumbing and new accessories for our new master bathroom. It turned out even better than we'd planned and made room for even more accents later... .

I'm giving Nichole in special order pick up 5 stars the only person who was nice and friendly thank you dear Nichole for finding my 2 rolls of carpet and carrying them to the trailer, I wanted to help you but your old white boss wouldn't let me go help you!!!!!!!!
