I had a "perfect" experience with the Three Rivers, T-Mobile Store. Justin, Chip, and Clarissa were very supportive in helping me find the phone best suited to me, transferring information from old phone to new, and installing protective accessories. They were patient and politely answered all my questions. I will definitely remain a repeat customer!

We worked with Skip at this location to get assistance in making the best choice for our account and how to get upgraded to a new phone since mine had broken with no protection plan. Skip was very knowledgeable and willing to help us to work through the different options that we had for our account. I ended up getting a new phone to replace my broken one and my fiance also upgraded her device. Thank you for your outstanding customer service Skip and showing a desire to go above and beyond to make sure you really connect with and provide the best customer experience possible.

We had a great experience at the Three Rivers Michigan T-Mobile store with Max. He helped us to get a good plan with great nephones and a watch. Joe also helped with the setup. We feel confident to go in with any questions. Max did a wonderful job!

Skip has been a great help with moving over from Verizon to T-Mobile very respectful and listening and very good customer service would recommend Skip and staff for sure

Stopped by Saturday morning and my issue was resolved within minutes. Friendly and helpful. Right off the highway and was able to park my semi on the side of the road.

I’ve had issues with T-Mobile customer service every month and every month I end up stopping into the store. Skip is always so helpful and never annoyed by my frustrations.

Just got my new phone. The N20. And it flys. My last phone was super slow. It open messages, emails and made calls by itself. One day I butt dialed Toronto. Since switching to T-Mobile I have great service it's fast and reliable. And the n20 is probably one of the best phones I've had in my life. Skip the one who helped me with my change. Was fast and funny. Thanks again guys.

Always a pleasure coming into this location. Smooth transition from Sprint. When I went in to talk about an upgrade the employee was not pushy. Months later when I finally did upgrade, I came in for help with installing my new sim card and it was quick and easy. They answered all my questions about switching from samsung to Motorola, and took the time to test read receipts on my outgoing and incoming calls. Everyone I have had service from here is a total delight- extremely welcoming and professional store.

This is the 1st time you ever used tmobile so I was very impressed with T-Mobile service that was very efficient help me from A to Z and didn't rush a old man I like that so I think I will recommend T-Mobile to anyone out there thanks.

Max is so great! He helped me save money on my bill and I got a watch and AirPods with my phone too. He is super helpful and I will ask for him every time

I was looking for affordable internet and came across TMobile internet and have to say that I called them and talked to Skip, and he got me set up with home internet and for only $50 bucks a month! I haven’t found any cheaper either! Thank you Skip!!

I worked all day to come home and find out my internet wasn’t working from Frontier. Worked on it over the phone and they had to send someone out next Tuesday to work on it. I called Le at the T-MOBILE store in Three Rivers. He explained what their internet does and I drove up there . Lee already had it at the counter. He got my information set it all up so all I had to do was plug the power in. So much better than Frontier and cheaper too. Thanks Le for getting it set up for me.

The Service at this T-Mobile location is amazing and they treat me like family every time I need something with my service whether some basic questions like "why isn't phone working" or "something is wrong with my service" they help me no matter how easy or hard the situation is. They always put so much care into my service especially if you talk to the man Zeke. Zeke is the guy for literally everything that has to do with T-Mobile. Zeke always makes sure I get the best deal or if there is a promotion going on. Highly Satisfied and highly recommend T-Mobile and the Three Rivers location for all your T-Mobile services or maybe a new phone?

Went to the t-mobile store today, got my new phone, case, screen protector, and everything switched over from my old phone in pretty impressive timing. Both guys working were really friendly and helpful. They even hooked me up with some goodies to go! :) The switch over to t-mobile heads been pretty smooth so far.

I went to see why my phone wasn't working with the new T-Moble Sim card. It was because I didn't have a new enough for the service. But Justin helped me out by seeing that I was available with update on a new phone. He got me in and out quickly and was super nice. So if you are looking for fast and friendly service come here.

Very customer service friendly. The rep took extra time with all my questions. He (LE) checked my account to make sure I had all discounts available. Fantastic service!!!

Mike was great! He upgraded 3 phones for me including moving contacts and photos and everything. He was very patient and even when the store got busy he never made me feel like I was taking too much time. He tried to help other people in line while my phones were transferring data, so they didn't have to wait longer. His customer service was A+++++++.

The manager (Tony) is one of the most honest and stand up guys you will meet. He takes pride in the service he provides and you (the customer) are not just a sale to him. Tony and his staff really want to make sure they get to understand your needs so they can get you the best device and service to fit your needs. Tony and his staff treat you like an individual and make the whole process great and you do not feel pressured. If you have any issues with your service or phone the staff are more than willing to help you and go above and beyond to solve any problem.
