Red Wing - Saginaw, MI

After visiting Red Wing Shoes, I will not be taking any boot related business anywhere else. The salesman that saw me, Zachary, was kind, courteous, and helpful. He was more than accommodating to my needs and preferences. It is safe to assume this is commonplace with the rest of the staff. They have earned a customer for the foreseeable future and their products are well worth the price tag.

I have heard only great things about this store, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I came in looking for a hard toe safety shoe, and as a woman with larger feet it can be difficult. The salesman was able to find me a comfortable men's pair that fit perfectly. The staff was very friendly even though it was crazy busy when I was at the store. Never at any moment did I feel hurried or rushed. It was a great experience, and I will be back again.

Great customer service. My husband needed to have boots ordered in his size. Returned after being called that they had come in. Good information was shared with him in regards to having them treated for free every 6 weeks.

The best quality, durable, comfy, boots/shoes you can only get here. They have a few other brands too. Also stuff to clean and protect your boots and shoes. I'm getting tired of the DeWalt boots that are wearing out after only having them for 7months. Red wings usually last me about three years and are worth the price due the tech they use for the best fit. They have socks too. Good staff and service I'll be there soon to replace my boots. I need good footwear as a mechanic.

I walked in, salesman approached me right away “Josh”. I told him what I wanted. He showed me the choices in my size. I picked the one I wanted.

I have very little spare time and the staff did great to fit me right away. They listened to what I needed and wanted for work. I walked out the door with the first pair of boots that I tried on in about 17 minutes.

We exclusively use red wing boots at work everyone we have probably 40 guys on the schedule and everyone has red wings they have tried and true sturdy to the bone boots they boots with great comfort and everything in between the customer service is outstanding to say the least everytime I go in whether for new boots, for a issue, or just for a cleaning of the boots I always leave happier then I when I got there. Your always treated with the ut most respect and the staff conducts themselves extremely professionally I highly recommend red wings to anyone I talk to about boots

I've owned a pair of Red Wings, going on 4 years and the souls finally got to the point of needing replaced, I was real leary of having it done, thinking it would change the fit, which was perfect, the most comfortable boots ever, well worrying was a waste, was completely shocked how well it was done, just as comfortable as before and they even did some expert repairs to some eyelets at no charge.
It's awesome to deal with a company that still puts quality and pride of workmanship first and custom service was great too.

It was my first time buying the Irish Setters i wear for work as a roofer. I went to Red Wing to get boots that i could have them repaired. The employees were polite and got me what i wanted quickly. I bought a pair of boots and paid for the toe guard, which they put on overnight. The boots are a few dollars more expensive than others, but getting the sole replacement rather than buying a new pair will hopefully be worth it in the long run. The toe guard looks great and so far has taken no damage. I will update after my first repair, which i hope is not for some time. Overall, i am happy with my experience thus far.

My dh loves his Redwing work boots. The store cleans, oils and polishes them for free, which is recommended at least once a month to keep the leather good and waterproof. They repair them if needed as well. After a year of wearing his, the store fixed them up, paid $40 (insoles, toe caps). Boots were over $200 brand new. Expensive, but they last a long time if taken care of.

Great store to go to for boot repair. Repair prices are good when compared to others. Repair time was fast. I picked up my boots the next day. Good service, greeted you well and communication skills are perfect when speaking to people. He had an warm, nice, inviting tone to the business.

Great customer service; sales associate was very helpful; very patient. I had to try on 6 pairs of shoes before finding ones that where comfortable. Definitely getting work shoes from here from now on.

Top shelf customer service and a great product. I usually purchase the Wing Shooter boot (exceptionally comfortable). Worth the drive to Saginaw. Not just a shoe store carrying Red Wings, they will do their best to make sure your satisfied.
