Target was really good. I found everything I was looking for, no problems at all. I seem to be able to find things that I can’t find anywhere else.

My return was super easy! I went in the middle of the day on a Saturday and there was only one person in front of me. I ended up shopping around the store and they had a large collection of stickers which is what I was looking for and the self check out line as well as the regular lines were very short or nonexistent.

Brown Rd location always has what I need in stock. Use the app to find locations of items for a quicker trip.

Always a good place for healthier options in food choices. They have a little bit of everything.

Using drive up to store is the most convenient way for me to shop. I appreciate the availability and quality of items at Target.
When I have placed orders, the convenience is excellent, but also the professional and polite way the associates bring the order and show care as to placement.

I ordered off the Target App for drive up delivery. My plans changed and was easily able to change to pick up inside. Staff was helpful and courteous. I appreciated getting quick updates thru email. Even the update when my order was picked up.
Pick up was extremely easy for my husband. He was grateful.

I got timely notification that the order was ready for pickup. There was only little wait time at the customer service desk. The thing that stood out was there was lot of time allowed from the time order was ready to complete the pickup and there was option to extend the pickup time as well. The service desk assistant was very polite and was able to quickly get to my order unlike some places where I had to wait for the package to be be discovered from unorganized stacks of shelves. Overall very satisfied.

Just stopped by for Curbside pickup and it was such an easy process. Definitely recommend ordering at least 4 hours in advance (as posted on their app). Went about my day running another errand at Menards and as I was checking out, I received notification my order was ready. Great service!

Target Auburn Hills has a fabulous crew. I had some electronic/phone issues and Ruger, Neil, Jeff, Curtis, Trinity, Trent, all took their time respectfully, in different ways, to resolve it. The crew I dealt with rocks! Issue resolved and all still good!

Best Customer Service from Rhylan at the Auburn Hills, MI store! He was Amazing! It is my birthday on Monday! I called the store to see if any copies of Schitt's Creek were still available! Rhylan was super nice and super professional! He found two copies were listed as available on his computer. However, he didn't want me to travel all the way to the store and not find one. He went and double checked! And, then offered to hold it for me at Guest Services!! Now if that isn't A+ service, I don't know what is! Please offer him a raise! He is outstanding in my book! Thanks Rhylan!!

Because one of your associates named Elizabeth was spectacular today. I needed market pantry water and she went above and beyond to go get it, bring it up to me, put 4 in my cart, rang me up and gave me a discount for waiting!!!! She's was awesome. Get more Elizabeth's in the store.

Ordering was quick and easy and pick up was even quicker and easier. This contactless option is much appreciated for this at-risk family especially when the staff are friendly, respectful, and conscientious about following safety protocols!

The staff at target are always willing to help whether it's finding an item, getting an item I can't reach from the top shelf, or looking up prices online to do a taruget price match because I forgot my phone in my car (thanks Trolly at Target Brown Rd Auburn Hills MIchigan). With the target app, I love that we can vote for non profits and I get notifications towards items I spend money on frequently to know there's a good deal on diapers or Legos for my children.

Cashier was very friendly and helpful, even late at night. Front end during holidays is being run better than in the past. The store has good variety, and is put together better than usual.

The team at guest service is phenomenal! They always can fix our issues, should they arise. But this location gives us the least “issues” to have to fix at all out of any store we go to.
