Mason High School

I've never in my life witnessed such an unprofessional, ignorant, and rude school staff such as that with Mason Senior High. I'm appalled at the way the "counselor" has treated my niece!! A counselor is supposed to be helping, and a good listener. I'm definite that she needs to find a new profession due to her lack of skills that is required in that profession. My niece is being mistreated out of spite by the faculty. Withholding a student's personal indentifiation is not only hateful but it's ILLEGAL! AND TO TOP IT OFF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF HAS FAILED my niece yet AGAIN by screwing up her schedule to the point that she Is 2 full credits behind on a particular subject, causing her to take additional online classes to make up for THIS "SCHOOL'S" MISTAKE! Y'all need a good sit down with a real counselor/coordinator to teach not only how to schedule, but also how to have manners, respect, and decency!! And no I'm not finished yet! I'm just getting started! And just to put the icing on the cake , LEARN HOW TO USE A FAX MACHINE! Y'all must be such miserable people. PITIFUL REALLY. God bless your heart Mrs. "counselor".
