Sunny South Villa

Sunny South Villa is getting better day by day.. getting new/used mobile homes getting new roads real soon.. been here for over 30yrs.. LOOKING GOOD!!!

I have lived here since October of 2017 I am on SSI. Income and yes I own the trailer I live in all and all it is over all a small quiet place to live yes people hear can be friendly but also some are nosey and tend to be invasive when it comes to your personal life the owners are nice and are verey understanding and will work with you as long as you as long as you communicate they are also patient and with you if you stuggle here and there from time to time Lot rent is pretty cheep for a mobile park I pay $365.00 for lot rent every month because I have pets as long as you stay to your self and keep your perusal life private you have little to worry about with people also ignore the yellow envelopes in the mail boxs everyone gets them just throw them away because nothing is able to be done about them both me and my husband have been getting harassed by my Ex and his family for the past several years who also live in the trailer park we have tried to get them to stop but cops won't do nothing about it please just throw them in the trash if you get them thanks.

I am just moving into Sunny South, and I am already feeling at home, 😀 owner, maintenance workers, everyone in the community that I've met so far, are your, typical, Michigander❣Warm, and friendly, saying hello to one another, n actually stopping to have conversations with one another, lol (shocking I know, lol) IT'S A GREAT COMMUNITY, IM REALLY EXCITED, TO CONTINUE MEETING MY NEW NEIGHBOR'S, BARBARA B.

I've lived here in sunny South Villa for about 25 years ain't never had no trouble everything seems to be good here otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here that long

I think it is a beautiful trailer park. Very friendly office personnel. Very quiet.

Under new management and things are getting cleaned up and changing for the good now.

They are under new owners and are working to fix it all up. They are doing a lot of improvements to the park

I have lived here 3 1/2 years.Many improvements have been made to the park,the road was the best improvement. Since Charisse started working here, she is quick to respond to any inquires,issues, and always very nice. I would've given 5 stars if maintenance could be quicker in repairs. There are still things that were on my move in list that never got done. Example would be the kitchen lights don't work. (3 of them)

Because It's Not a congested Mobile Home Park!And It Has a New Owner Great for SSI Elderly ando Great for younger. People who want two Save Money!!!
