I would highly recommend anyone to avoid this place at all costs. They’re typically open during the week, however the person assigned to work at the front desk seems to never be there. When you call concerning payments, it goes straight to a voicemail box that’s full. I finally manage to talk to someone after 2 months of calling and showing up to the place only to be greeted by a locked door. But she was filling in for the employee who seem to have been absent for the past 2 months. Apparently, she has been receiving a lot of calls and complaints from other customers all day concerning the same thing. From what she said, the owner happens to have went on vacation, and the employee that was supposed to have been there obviously has not been the voicemail box being full, and nobody being able to walk in to personally pay their bills. she did mention that there was online pay, which, of course the absent employee never mentioned to anybody, but as far as I’m concerned that is information that was two months too late so now I am behind two months due to this individual not being at work and they tack on a dollar a day for each day payment is behind. I definitely give that lady Credit because she handled it very professionally and she also informed me that she will let the owner know what’s going on and that I should get a hold of him on Monday so that they can reach some type of compromise because she herself felt that this was unacceptable. So I am making this review just to warn anybody else that might be thinking about renting a storage unit from this company to just avoided it all cost and shop around for a better place for storage. Otherwise you’re taking a big risk with this company. Update: I followed up on her statement that they have online pay. I checked the website and I saw nothing even suggesting online pay. However, they do have storage reservation. But nothing about online payments.

Never use this p lace for uhaul they are rude the guy working was checking out ny girlfriend there definitely strange would never go back then uhaul is taking up to 2 week to refund it was an overall zero star performance by both eatablishments

tried calling them yesterday and left a message for the owners to call back. They couldn’t be bothered, so I drove to their establishment. Tried to explain my situation, their only solution was for me to pay someone else’s rent, or buy the whole unit when it comes to auction. Neither of which is cost effective for a furniture dolly.....don’t give these people your business

I have had a unit here over three years the first couple years no problem but over the last few months or so trying to call and make monthly payment is impossible they never answer and voicemail been full for months. Very frustrating.

Call the ask about storage units and what was available told me the size he had available and said if you want anything smaller go somewhere else and hung up the phone on me. For being a professional place he was sure I'm not being professional and extremely rude

I tried calling this place to ask about a truck rental. The voicemail system told me to leave a message. Then it stated that the voicemail is full, and hung up on me. I guess they don't want any business!

Very difficult to reach when trying to make monthly storage payments.
