I’ve been wanting to check this place out for years and finally got the chance to for my friend’s birthday. I got a lobster tail, and lobster fried rice. This place is high end, so please come with a full wallet. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they even pack your leftovers for you. I went on a Wednesday evening and I was shocked to find not a single parking spot was available, but they did have valet which was complimentary, but I did still tip. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food. Very nice ambiance, great for a date night or drinks. They also had live music. Conveniently located near Somerset mall. I’ll definitely be back!

Where do I start??? The whole experience was so amazing! We had a drink at the bar to start and were greeted immediately. Very good service. We then went to our table where we see they put rose pedals to help us celebrate our 20th anniversary. Amanda was our server and she set the standard!! She was amazing! Pretty smile and very attentive to our every need. She even bought our dessert. She's amazing. Ask for Amanda when visiting. She'll take great care of you!! Our whole experience is one we'll never forget. Keep up the good work Joe.

Excellent service , and yummy food. Can’t go wrong here ! Our waiter John was very friendly and informative. He’s got a good sense of humour as well. They took an extra step for anniversary dinner . Quite memorable! I added pics of the finished ✅ plates because they were so unbelievably amazing .

Celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary yesterday at Eddie V's in Troy and had a wonderful time and dinner. The staff was excellent and the manager gave us a glass of champagne and a small oyster appetizer. The food was scrumptious and the room gave off a welcoming atmosphere. Been here before but last night was extra special.

This is my second year in a row of going here for my birthday. I came here with my husband and my father. There is not a restaurant on Earth that has such exquisite service and class. The food and drinks are diverse and divine. We are always treated with incredible wait staff. We sat in the bar area so that we could enjoy the liveliness and jazz music. It was wonderful!

Excellent restaurant and superb service. Our server Mathew was very friendly and nice. They started with some freshly baked bread and salted butter that was fantastic! We ordered some sashimi and fried calamari/ octopus for an appetizer. Both were great. Then I got lobster bisque soup which was very good. They ask if you need fresh pepper, and I told them yes, but then I realized I didn’t really need that. They had a special halibut that wasn’t on the menu, which I ordered, and I’m glad I did. Fantastic. It is seared halibut on a bed of roasted veggies. The halibut just tastes phenomenal. We also got shared sides of truffle mac and cheese and butter poached lobster aged cheddar mashed potatoes. Both were great. But let me tell you, this is the best mac and cheese you will ever have in your whole life, guaranteed!! Just excellent. Got Manhattan for drinks which was okay. Also got the lemon tart to go as a dessert which was good. Very nice atmosphere. Very happy with my experience

Went to this Eddie V’s last night and I can safely say this is my new favorite steak house/seafood restaurant chain. The service was top notch, ambience was great, and the food was out of this world. Everything tasted amazing! They also had a fun cocktail menu. In my opinion though, for the price, I would have preferred the drinks to have been a bit stronger. Definitely recommend this place for a date night or special occasion.

Reservations were made for me and my husband’s 29th wedding Anniversary . The service, food and drinks were great! The anniversary dessert was well plated and delicious.

Best experience I’ve ever had! My husband and I went to celebrate our 3rd year wedding anniversary. We were treated above and beyond by Jessie, who I cannot even express in words how incredible she was to us. We are also expecting our first baby and the whole restaurant showed us so much love from the second they found it. Thank you everyone once again!! I cannot wait to celebrate more milestones with you guys!

Food was great! Service was even better. We had a large group of- our waitress Lisa was incredible. She fit right in and we always had exactly what we needed. All of the recommendation’s were exactly what we were looking for. Great tequila list - even better wine list.

Best service I’ve had in years! My wife and I celebrated here and we had one of the best dining experiences of our lives. This restaurant and its operators should be very proud of the level of excellence they have achieved. Stellar food and staff. Will be back for years to come. Thank you!

Authentic-classy-amazing experience for the business dinner here. The staff was all well prepared for any number of people but the entry by receptionist was little disappointing as she never attended. But overall was great feeling.

Eddie V's has been one our favorite restaurants for a few years now. We love it so much that we decided to host our 15 year anniversary dinner celebration here in private dining room.

Liz, the event manager, was extremely accommodating and helpful with any request we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Our two servers were phenomenal! They kept the food and drinks moving at a great pace.

We are extremely pleased with the way our event turned out.

Let me just say, the food was absolutely AMAZING! The service was excellent, although there were two things my bar attendant and servers forgot but when reminded, it was their attitude in correcting this issue that made me still give them five stars. However, we waited at the bar and had an appetizer (crab cakes) and drinks until our table was ready and they were THE BEST crab cakes I ever had! I thought BoneFish Grill was the best but my God! This crab cake was light, chunky, and so flavorful! Every bite had chunks of delicious crab meat! And the sauce was spot on as well! Another plus was, there was assistance to carry our food to our table from the bar when it was ready. When seated, we received a warm greeting from our server Matthew K. and there were warm hand towels provided to clean our hands before and after dinner provided as well. Now, that’s a definite plus! I had the lobster tails and my date had the New York strip steak and for sides, the broccolini, Brussels sprouts, and cheese potatoes! EVERYTHING was delicious! Great ambience and a band to make the night even more enjoyable. Everyone was kind starting from the hostess onward. Dinner is pricey BUT It was worth EVERY dollar! We left Matthew K, a nice tip to show our appreciation. It was our first time dining here and my date and I would like to thank you for a wonderful experience! We will most definitely be returning!🥰❤❤❤❤

I wish I could give 10 stars. Top notch food and service. My husband and I celebrated 5 incredible years at Eddie V's, and they made it even more special with a bottle of wine from our anniversary year, 2019! And the entire staff signed it and left a sweet message. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My new favorite restaurant! The food (I had the ribeye steak & banana foster for dessert) exceeded my expectations. My husband planned a dinner for us to celebrate an important date in my life. The staff was so understanding, caring, and gave excellent service. Our server John made sure we needed to ask for nothing tonight. He was on top of everything. Even our drinks (golden hour) were delicious. I told John what I had a taste for & he provided. My husband & I will return in the very near future.

This was my 1st experience here and it was EXCELLENT! The food, the drinks and desserts were fantastic. But my favorite part was their attention to detail. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and they designed our entire experience around our anniversary. BUT what sealed the deal for us was our server Thomas. We went here for the first time last week to belatedly celebrate my birthday and everything was great. Our server was Jessi, and she was attentive, made sure we were alright, and even got us an amuse-bouche when our main entrees were taking some time.

Honestly, it was so nice that I almost cried towards the end of our visit because I had been going through some personal, difficult stuff, so this was a nice break from that.

Thank you for the wonderful food and service, and I told my husband, "This is not good, I may want to come back every year for my bday" 😂😅

Went to dine here 11/5 for my 35th Birthday. Made reservations online and when we got there we were seated quickly. I liked that the hostess took us to a room and we were not seated on the floor. It was nice, room not to many people and very relaxing. Our waiter (Andrew) was exceptionally nice. He gave us complimentary wine and desert because it was my birthday. The food was superb. Valet was also quick. Fine dining experience at its best.
