The gentleman at the men's wear (formal/suits) was super helpful and very polite. The female tailor/seamstress was excellent and very informative.

They helped me get my tux fitted, so I can be on my game for a good friend's wedding.

Sonia, our sales consultant at this location was amazing. She helped us purchase a couch and made sure the order was correct. Great customer service. Will shop here again.

Nice store with a lot of variety and mid to high-end clothing. Clean and organised, friendly and helpful staff....and free wifi

The store has nice items. The only bad thing was when I went to the summerset Mall, the perfume counter was a little over aggressive. It made me not want to even stop to look at what they had. If I need help, I will ask. I had 3 counter people pushing perfume at the same time. Makes it very uncomfortable to shop.

Good mall, the food court area is also there.
Must visit, inside other shops are also available.
The day we went there this exhibition they conduct.

Pure Beauty Salon - Fabulous, Fabulous is all I can say. Everyone was polite and professional. Very clean and accommodating. Gary was a miracle worker on my grown out layers of hair, with gray roots, and 3 different shades of brown through the rest. There was also a dark patch of black from overlapping home coloring during C19. So being over 50 and another birthday coming soon, I needed help because what was going on made me look older. The hair products are top of the line and placed in the hands of a master has brought my self esteem back where it needs to be!!!! Thank you Gary.

I had an incredible experience purchasing makeup from the talented lady at Somerset Collection Macy's. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable. She helped me find the perfect products, and her friendly demeanor made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I'm thrilled with my purchases and will definitely return for more. Came in to pick a suit for and a gentleman named Murli helped me to pick a suit, he was the nicest guy I've ever met. Helped coordinate the colors and was very informative. Deffintley coming back to pick my suits from him.

I was amazed at how fast they gave me curbside pickup even though the mall was incredibly busy. I learned that you can pull right up under the awning instead of the individually marked Macy's parking spots.

Macy’s at Summerset is my Go to place for Polo everything and they have the Olympic Polos right now which are amazing!

I went to get another item it’s my birthday and my mom sent me a polo for my birthday and they scanned it and said it was already returned. Then chucked it in a pile of clothes! I was like wait what can I keep the shirt my mom gave me. But I was assured their system couldn’t be wrong despite talking to her!

Great rooms, customer service, and the breakfast t delicious. But the staff went above and beyond with whatever we asked. One member even started breakfast for the kids

They had some jewelry 75% off and costume jewelry for close to $10. The sunglass place had $10 eyeglass lanyard chains (30% off today for Thanksgiving).

Absolutely ecstatic with my sales associate. Monica, in the woman's shoe department, is an assets to Macy's like no other. She is absolutely fantastic!

With of all of the changes going on lately. She was completely knowledgeable of the whole store, letting us know the different information we needed to know.

She saved me so much money on my first pair of boots. After walking away and going through the store, I actually went back and bought a second pair in a different color.

Both pair of boots she placed by mail order and everything went seamless just as she said.
