Leckler’s is a family owned business that treats its customers like family. Their personalized sales and service has won them many loyal customers. It’s a shame that John Deere didn’t realize how many loyal customers John Deere would lose when it pulled its contract from this establishment. John Deere is all about money. Leckler’s is all about customer satisfaction!

The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. With all the zero turns on the market, Connie and Mike helped narrow it down. This is my third zero turn and was very pleased with the ride on my new Ferris.

Picked up a Scag Vride demo model from them last week. From the start Adam answered all my questions and had offered up his demo model at a significantly reduced price over ordering the same model with a smaller engine for more money. He’s honest and didn’t make anything up. He also wasn’t kidding when he said you can eat off the floor of their showroom. It’s one of the cleanest mower dealerships I’ve ever been in. Thanks again for your help. I wish you were closer because I would but everything from you!

I just purchased a scag 30” push mower from lecklers. I was very satisfied with the whole process. My walk behind broke down and I needed something else for the upcoming 2024 season. The scag was it. I was able to demo the unit right then and there and I didn’t feel any kind of pressure to buy anything. Jae helped me find the right unit that would fit my needs in my price range. Connie made everything easy and had all of my paperwork ready for me. Adam communicated with me well and answered any questions I had. I work a lot of hours. Many times 7 days per week. So I had no time to get to the store and order the zero turn I wanted to get. I had a day where I knew I had a couple hours to get in and get the process started. That morning I sent a message on facebook to Adam Leckler about a product I was interested in. This was 630 am. I had no expectations of a response that early. I was at work, but Adam replied immediately. I was surprised. In a matter of minutes we had a product selected. I went to the website and filled out a loan application. That was done in a matter of minutes also. I had a done deal by 730 am and hadn't even stepped foot in the store. I trust Adam because I have done business with him in the past and he has earned that trust. They prepped my machine before I got there. His staff was great. I signed a paper or two and they had it in my yard shortly thereafter. Great experience and very convenient for me. Way more than I anticipated. I highly recommend Lecklers. I have chain saws, weed whackers, tractor and supplies and now a zero turn mower from them. Never been disappointed.

I was looking for a Scag Turf Tiger II. I found exactly what I needed on Leckler’s Facebook page. I called and talked to Jae. Applied for financing on Leckler’s website and had approval that same day. Connie let me know the very next day that it was ready for pick up. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Leckler’s. A pleasure to deal with.

Picked up a new Stihl MS 251 yesterday. Great experience. Adam was very knowledgeable and thorough with every aspect of the saw. Really impressed me.

We were looking high and low for a zero turn for our large yard. It seemed like the places closer to us had limited availability. Which I understand a lot of that is out of their control. We just didn't want to buy some huge 50+ inch machine. My husband remember Lecklers from when he lived that way. It was a long drive but well worth it. Before we went my husband had an idea to email a couple more businesses to try and get a quote before driving anywhere. Adam got back next day with an actual price. It was a good hour away but well worth it. The showroom is a great deal larger than any ones we saw. There were also lots of smaller machines, in great variety, like chainsaws we hadn't seen elsewhere. Even hats! Looks as though they have a service department too which is good to know. We bought the machine for the price quoted no problem, had it delivered in less than two weeks. Very happy, works great, happy with the price.

I had a serious job ahead of me clearing out some overgrown brush, saplings, vines, weeds, etc. on an acre of property between my house and a pond.

I was looking at two different manufacturers, as well as different models within each option, to help me clear the area. As a farm boy gone engineer, I appreciate quality equipment and tools that last when pushed hard. I have high expectations for the equipment that I spend serious money on, otherwise I would just go buy the big box store throw-away junk equipment. Because I needed the performance on this task, I asked a lot of questions on the technical side – not looking for the marketing bologna.

Adam was willing to spend the time going over my options, with quality input as I worked through my decision process. He was very patient, and was very knowledgeable about the products. He went so far as to set up the different equipment for me to run, in order to provide a hands-on evaluation. I made my decision with a heartfelt thank you to Adam.

Over this past week, I have spent about 15 hours on the project. My first observation was a confirmation of a long held belief: There is NO replacement for horsepower. Also, the Stihl KM 131R that I purchased inspired my confidence level in its performance. My concern over the split shaft disappeared as I mowed through some of the nastiest brush I have ever laid waste to since running a brush hog on the back of the green tractor. My 4 sons are happy to be done with the loppers and axe.

I am very pleased with the equipment, and my dealings with Adam. No buyer’s remorse for me.

Stopped here with a flat tire and didn’t have tools available at the time , and without even having to ask for help the owner Adam came out and offered help with no hesitation. Was beyond respectful and even took time out of a delivery to help me out. Could not express how thankful I am for the kindness and help.

I have been researching and looking for a commercial 30” walk behind. I decided on the Scag 30”. I found that Leckler’s sells Scag and decided to stop in and check it out. Hands down the best dealer I’ve been to. Not only were all the staff helpful, Adam was there, demoed the mower right in front me and let demo it as well. I felt no pressure to buy the unit and the process is very easy. I look forward to buying more equipment from them in the near future.

After a couple of bad experiences trying to work with other dealers, for repairs, etc., it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the people at Leckler’s.

I needed a new pull cord on my STIHL blower and always look as locally as possible when it comes to spending my money. It started Saturday morning with a simple online request for information and service. Within 20 minutes, and even before the store opened, I received a call from Adam. In my contact email I also mentioned I was in the market for a new set of mowers to manage my lawn. Through the course of some simple exchange of information, I knew where I would be heading.
Adam greeted me at the store and immediately took to repairing my blower while we talked about mowers.
What really helped guide me to a decision was the knowledge of machinery and putting that into play with the size and obstacles of my yard. My apprehensions were eased with a personal training session and helpful tips for successful mowing as the season approaches.
I chose two new Husqvarna machines. A zero turn and push model. They were delivered that same day and there was no additional charge! I was even given a Veteran discount on top of the already GREAT deal I was offered. When he arrived at the house for delivery he made sure I felt comfortable with the earlier lesson and answered all my questions, assuring me that if there were more, I can simply contact the store.
This was the BEST experience making a major purchase and it had EVERYTHING to do with amazing customer service. The zero% interest was an added bonus and he didn't charge me for the blower repair.
I have always loved mowing and caring for my lawn, and look forward to that even more this year and for many to come!! THANKS
