Stanley is a great person. He is truly nice and helpful. A real upfront kind of guy. I brought my sister her first car and she is in love with it. Stanley is the one that pointed me in the right direction of a vehicle. I went looking for one vehicle he told me Nah that was not good but this one right here is gonna get you pretty far. He even got the back brakes fixed for me. I felt very comfortable buying my vehicle.

Stan is a superstar. Very good experience. Stan is an honest and a good person. He did what he said he would do and actually followed through.

Having been burnt before from used car dealers, I was unsure and over critical of everything. Stan sensed that, was patient and the most important thing, HE KEPT HIS WORD.

There were some repairs the vehicle needed. Stan stood by them and had them fixed in a timely manner.

I was shopping around for a good used car at the end of January. Could not find anything in my area so went online. Came across an '06 Dodge Magnum, one owner, 54k actual miles. Now being 3 hours away, I couldn't check it out and go home and think about it. I was nervous about the purchase, but after many emails and several phone calls, I bought it. Stan was great to work with, replied extremely fast through email. Very friendly and professional on the phone. Suggested a credit union in Michigan that had unbelievable low rates. He met me on a Saturday morning to pick up the car. He even had it running and warmed up for the test drive. All I can say is, it was refreshing to deal with a business that still knows how to treat a customer. Was 3 hours a long drive for a used car? For some maybe. For me, it was well worth the trip. I will not hesitate to call on Kachars when its time for another vehicle.

This is so true. After working with big dealers and repeatedly getting lied to and pushed around, Kachar's small family owned business was a breath of fresh air.
