Dr. Rehman and Danielle are the best. They, along with their whole team of staff, are the best hands down. They take whatever time is needed for each patient. They truly are so compassionate and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone who is have immune difficulties, asthma problems and allergies! They are absolutely wonderful, each and every single one of them!!

I have to agree with Jodi the Monroe center is great. Dr Rehman and Dannielle are the best. office is clean but outdated. Dr. Rehman is the first doctor to finally discover my daughters health problem. Highly recommend them. There is no Stacy at the Monroe office so the negative reviews may be at on of the other office.

I've been going to this clinic for over a year, and everything about my experience has been positive. My allergies are being treated, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great staff; these people are fun and professional! They're also a little understaffed

The staff inside the building are absolutely fantastic but they are extremely understaffed and the billing dept will not pick up their phone, ever. You will be billed incorrectly and/or sent a bill almost a year after your appointment date. Again,. You try to call and absolutely nothing. Dr. Syed Rehman needs to take some action so that communication is possible.

I have to agree with the other reviewer. The office lacks cleanliness and is rather outdated. The office staff are a rather incompetent group to say the least. The office staff is rude and very obnoxious. As soon as I walked in the door the office staff were fighting with a patient!!! I felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. When I was able to finally sign in the rude lady informs me my health insurance is inactive and expired. I immediately call and I was assured by my health insurance company I was completely active and if the office had anymore problems to call them. The rude office staff said ok we will take care of it.
I also made an appointment to see a doctor and was then stuck with a nurse practitioner, who was not helpful at all. The doctor chose to join the office party instead. Staff walking around the office with plates eating food just doesn't seen appropriate. 4 months later without warning I get a nasty voice mail from a Stacey at the office. My bill was going to collections if I don't pay up immediately!!! EXTORTION RING?? Again I call my health insurance company, again my insurance is active. My health insurance company customer service rep. looks back to review the claim, GUESS WHAT THERE NEVER WAS ANY!!! But wait a minute Stacey said my claim was denied SEVERAL times so pay up. Stacey is a liar and what was she going to do pocket the money I paid to keep this off my credit report? EXTORTION!!! My insurance company said they would gladly fax over whatever you needed but you dont want that. So I asked to speak with the office manager to resolve this mater , I'm still waiting.

Been a patient since I was a child but no longer. I walked into the office after 4 years of not goin everything was the same. The chairs and walls in the waiting room where dirty. Some lady behind the desk was extremely rude to the receptionist and insulted me (I'm assuming she didn't think I could hear her). When I got called back to the room the nurse couldn't figure out how to put the blood pressure cuff on me. When she was done and extremely rude and snotty nurse practitioner came in the room and did nothing but talk to me like I was an idiot. I never seen the doctor and was never told I wasn't genna be seeing the doctor. From the time I made the appointment to the time I left not one single person asked me why I made the appointment or why I was there, I was completely dumb founded by this. The doctor is great but if this is how I am goin to be treated I will not return.
